ARRESTS

On May 5th, Deputy Moeser arrested Connie Irene Hargrove, a citizen of Oxford, AL, on the charge(s) of Possession of Dangerous Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $7,500 bond.

On May 5th, Deputy Moeser arrested Adrian Keith Geeting, a citizen of Anniston, AL, on the charge of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,500 bond.

On May 6th, Sgt. Rudd arrested Martha Dail Abernathy, a citizen of Sylacauga, AL, on the charge(s) of Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay X 2. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.

On May 7th, Deputy Brown arrested Gordon NMN Garrett, a citizen of Talladega, AL, on the charge of Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $1,000 bond.

On May 8th, Deputy Brown arrested Aaron Paul Turner, a citizen of Talladega, AL, on the charge of Possession of Dangerous Drugs. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $5,000 bond.

On May 11th, Deputy Moeser arrested Jason Lee Jones, a citizen of Sylacauga, AL, on the charge(s) of Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $700 bond.

On May 5th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 39 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.

On May 8th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 70 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.

On May 9th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of an unwanted person. Deputies made negative contact with the subject.

On May 10th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 29 after receiving reports of a reckless driver. Deputies made negative contact with the driver.

On May 11th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 150 after receiving reports of excessive noise. Deputies made negative contact with the source of the noise but continued to monitor the area.

On May 6th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 15 after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputies determined everything was okay with subject.

HANOVER

On May 5th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of a suspicious person. After Deputies arrived, it was determined no report was needed/wanted.

On May 11th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.

RICHVILLE

On May 5th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the motorist without incident.

On May 7th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the motorist without incident.

On May 8th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 105 after receiving reports of Harassment. A report was taken for information purposes.

 

ROCKFORD

On May 7th, Deputies were dispatched to Circle Drive after receiving reports of property damage. A report was taken for information purposes.

On May 7th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a reckless driver. Deputies gave the driver a verbal warning.

 

COTTAGE GROVE/HISSOP

On May 11th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving reports of a Burglary. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On May 6th, Deputies were dispatched to Longtree Drive after receiving reports of drug activity. Deputies made negative contact.
