ARRESTS
On January 12th, Chief Hammond arrested Mercedes Alizabeth McCulley, a citizen of Anniston, AL, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court and Theft of Property 3rd. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $7,500 bond.
On January 12th, Deputy Kelley arrested Jacory Sylvester Johnson, a citizen Alexander City, AL, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $500 bond.
On January 12th, Sgt Rudd arrested Jason Reed Herringdine, a citizen of Sylacauga, AL, on the charge(s) of Failure to Appear in Court x2. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $5,000 cash bond.

On January 18th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 66 after receiving a request for a citizen assist. Deputies assisted the citizen without incident.
On January 18th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 123 after receiving reports of shots fired. Deputies made negative contact with the source of the shots fired.
COTTAGE GROVE/HISSOP
On January 18th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 133 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.
KELLYTON
On January 12th, Deputies were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving noise complaints. Deputies made negative contact with the source of the noise.
