On January 2nd Deputy Moon arrested Marcus Dewayne Stone of Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance and Probation Violation x 2. He was processed and has a $4,000 bond and fees to be paid.
On January 4th Lt. Keel arrested Mary Ann Sheppard from Clanton, AL. on a Probation Violation for a Drug Court Sanction. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 48 hr. sanction.

On December 30th Deputy Rudd arrested Davis Franklin Kelley from Alexander City, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On January 1st Deputy Moon arrested Tracy Carlisle Owensby from Roanoke, AL. on the charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, Possession of a Still and Criminal Trespass by Vehicle. She was processed and released on a $ 9000 bond to await trial.
