JAIL POPULATION AS OF APRIL 15 (26 MALES & 7 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 33 INMATES

ARRESTS

On April 10th Deputy Richardson arrested Broderick Lashaun Odem from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.

On April 11th Chief Davidson arrested Carl Oscar Fastnacht III from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Public Intoxication. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On April 14th Deputy Richardson arrested Stardidra Lekehonta Edwards from Kellyton, AL on warrants for Failure to Appear/ No Child Restraint and Altered Tag. She was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.

On April 15th Deputy Rudd arrested Terry Olen Teague from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2500 bond to await trial.

On April 15th Deputy Richardson arrested Peggy Ann Cosby McDaniel from Anniston, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Passing in a No Passing Zone. She was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On April 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On April 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Bice Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a civil cispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the Civil Process.

On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the Civil Process.

On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Orange Lane after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the Civil Process.

On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined that they were ok.

On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On April 15th Stewartville First Responders were dispatched to Shiloh Park after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

 

WEOGUFKA

On April 10th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Prater Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 11th Weogufka First Responders were dispatched to CR 183 after a resident requested assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

On April 13th Weogufka First Responders were dispatched to CR 55 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

On April 15th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

HANOVER

On April 13th Hanover Fire Department and the Alabama Forestry Department were dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a large woods fire. The fire was contained without incident.

On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke to both parties and advised them of the warrant process.

On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and one of the subjects left the premises without incident.

GOODWATER

On April 10th Kenneth Ray Swindell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Cherry Lane after receiving a report of an unwanted person at a residence. The Deputy located the subject and it was determined that the subject had an outstanding warrant. A report was completed with one subject being arrested.

On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of loud music. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the music.

On April 15th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RICHVILLE

On April 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 31 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

ROCKFORD

On April 9th Richville First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to School Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 9th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Turner Hill Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 11th Rockford First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 18 after receiving a report of a suspicious noise. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the noise.

On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Jolene Street after receiving a report of excessive dog barking in the neighborhood. The Deputy spoke to both parties and advised them of the process.

EQUALITY

On April 11th Equality First Responders, Haynes Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 near CR 20 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 14 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

RAY

On April 12th Kellyton Fire Department was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On April 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Elm Trail after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and advised them of what could be done.

SMYRNA

On April 9th Deputy Richardson attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
