ARRESTS

On March 27th Deputy Ward arrested Perley Wayne Winkler from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Disorderly Conduct. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 3,500 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On March 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Pecker Wood Trail after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area but could not locate the vehicle.

STEWARTVILLE

On March 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 39 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to the person and warned them not to return to the property.

On March 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 35 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

On March 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

On March 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

WEOGUFKA

On March 27th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

HANOVER

On March 24th Hanover First Responders were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

KEYNO

On March 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy completed the welfare check and determined everything to be ok.

GOODWATER

On March 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Martin Luther King Circle after receiving a report of Breaking and Entering a Vehicle. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On March 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined everything to be ok.

On March 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Yates Trial after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On March 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 27th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 126 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area but could not locate the vehicle.

On March 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed and the civil process explained.

On March 28th Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 325 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene turned over to the Coroner.

ROCKFORD

On March 23rd Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 24th Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to Washington Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hill Street after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

On March 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 109 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy warned the subject not to come back on the property.

On March 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Nixburg Road after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined the alarm to be false.

 

EQUALITY

On March 23rd Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On March 26th Weogufka and Stewartville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On March 26th Weogufka First Responders, Deputies and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to River Run Road after receiving a report of a boat capsized at Lay Dam with two occupants. Both occupants were located without injuries and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On March 28th Stewartville First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
