JAIL POPULATION AS OF October 10^th (34 MALES & 8 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 42 INMATES

ARRESTS

On October 5^th, Deputy Ward arrested Maria Mazo Kostina of Rockford, AL for Failure to Pay court ordered fines. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

On October 5^th, Deputy Ward arrested Stanley Eugene Tucker of Clanton, AL for Public Intoxication and Harassment. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

On October 5^th, Corporal Rudd arrested Clinton Murray Johns of Childersburg, AL for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Pistol by felon. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $17,500 bond.

On October 6^th, Deputy Bradberry arrested Terry Louis Kelly of Kellyton, AL for Disorderly Conduct. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $500 bond.

On October 7^th, Corporal Moon arrested Justin Luke Paschal of Sylacauga, AL for Public Intoxication. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $500 bond.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On October 5^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

On October 5^th, deputies were dispatched CR 29 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputy checked residence and determined alarm to be false.

On October 5^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of Harassment by Communication.  A report was taken and case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On October 5^th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Burglary. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

On October 5^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputy responded and arrest was made on Terry Louis Kelly, a report was taken and Kelly was transported to the Coosa County Jail.

On October 9^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

ROCKFORD

On October 8^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 23 after receiving a report of missing juveniles. Deputies, Rockford Fire, and Rockford Police were able to locate missing persons and return them home safely.

On October 9^th, deputies were dispatched to US HWY 231 after receiving a report of a commercial burglary alarm. Deputy checked business and determined alarm to be false.

WEOGUFKA

On October 10^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of animals destroying property. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMET

On October 5^th, deputies were dispatched to Cedar Cir after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

On October 7^th, deputies were dispatched to Cedar Cir after receiving a report of Harassment by Communications. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

EQUALITY

On October 8^th, deputies were dispatched to Chapman Creek Rd after receiving a report of shots being fired. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

RAY

On October 8^th, deputies were dispatched to Cleveland Dr. after receiving a report of Fraud. Deputy spoke with complainant and situation was resolved without a report.

MT OLIVE

On October 7^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. Deputy spoke with complainant and situation was resolved without a report.

On October 10^th, deputies were dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of property damage.  A report was taken and case is under investigation.
