JAIL POPULATION AS OF OCT.20 (23 MALES & 4 FEMALES ) TOTAL OF 27 INMATES
ARRESTS
On October 16th Capt. Hammond arrested Jason Michael Durham from Rockford, AL on warrants for Burglary 3rd, Theft of Property 2nd and Buying/Receiving Stolen Property. He was processed and placed on the County Jail on a $ 17,500 bond to await trial.
On October 17th Deputy Ward arrested Lacori Nytavious McCoy from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On October 17th Deputy Lucas arrested Jamie Aundre Meadows from Kellyton, AL. on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Pistol without a Permit and Open Container in a Vehicle. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 8,000 bond to await trial.
On October 18th Deputy Davenport arrested Nortasha Shaunta Pearson from Dadeville, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance and Expired Tag. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On October 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Deer Path Road after receiving a report of Harassment. A reported was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On October 15th Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to CR 5 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On October 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Red Robin Road after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputy located the subject and determined everything to be ok.
STEWARTVILLE
On October 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
On October 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On October 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Thornton Lane after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On October 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.
On October 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the person and determined everything to be ok.
On October 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Lovett Lane after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
On October 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On October 20th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 41 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
WEOGUFKA
On October 17th Sheriff Howell and Deputy Lucas attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On October 20th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 56 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
HANOVER
On October 15th Sheriff Howell and Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On October 15th Brandon Alan Krueger a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Payne Road presented to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On October 19th a Stewartville and Hanover First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 49 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On October 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.
MOUNT OLIVE
On October 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On October 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Gamble Drive after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
GOODWATER
On October 15th Jimmy Reed Nickolson III a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 28 presented to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
KELLYTON
On October 15th Thomas Louis Kelley a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 85 presented to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On October 15th Charles Rufus Gardner a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Trailer Park Road presented to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On October 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 28 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

On October 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On October 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Circle Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. Subject had left prior to Deputy’s arrival.
COTTAGE GROVE
On October 15th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
On October 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 128 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
EQUALITY
On October 18th Haynes Ambulance, Local Fire Departments, Deputies and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 14 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
RAY
On October 15th Marvin NMN Wright a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 91 presented to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On October 19th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
LAKE MARTIN
On October 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Oakachoy Aerie Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On October 19th a Deputy was dispatched to Whispering Cove after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
SMYRNA
