JAIL POPULATION AS OF OCT. 7 (20 MALES & 13 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 33 INMATES

ARRESTS

On October 1st Captain Hammond arrested Alisha Dawn Magyar from Rockford, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 4th, Criminal Trespass 2nd, FTA/Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Conditional Release Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial. She has a no bond until her hearing on the Conditional Release Violation.

On October 1st Deputy Jones arrested Craig Steven Setzer from Prattville, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was processed and released on a $15,000 bond to await trial.

On October 2nd Deputy Jones arrested Brian Keith Smith from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Criminal Trespass 2nd and Theft of Property 4th. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.

On October 2nd Deputy Richardson arrested Eugenia Christine Baird from Stewartville, AL. on a warrant for Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance 1st . She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial.

On October 2nd Deputy Richardson arrested Jessie Lamar Roberson from Childersburg, AL. on a warrant for Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance 1st . He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial.

On October 3rd Deputy Richardson arrested Sheridan Jarod Williams from Talladega, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

On October 3rd Deputy Rudd arrested Matthew Cameron Jones from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. He was processed and released on a $ 2,500 bond to await trial.

On October 4th Deputy Rudd arrested Jessica Renee Davis from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Motion to Suspend Sentence. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On October 4th Lt. Burke arrested Charles Vann Milam from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked, Failure to Display Insurance, Expired Tag and Improper Parking. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.

On October 4th Lt. Burke arrested David Eugene Carden from Stewartville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On October 4th Captain Hammond arrested David Alonzo Ray McDonald from Vincent, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st X 2, Theft of Property 2nd X 2 and Burglary 3rd X 4. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 60,000 bond to await trial.

On October 5th Deputy Rudd arrested Maria Mazo Kostina from Harpersville, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On October 5th Lt. Burke arrested Herbert Earle Brown from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Reporting a False Emergency or Incident. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1,500 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY

On October 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Valley Crest Drive after receiving a report of a domestic dispute over a civil matter. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the civil process.

STEWARTVILLE

On October 1st Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hardy Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On October 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On October 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Friendship Lane after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

On October 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 56 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

On October 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hardy Lane after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On October 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

HANOVER

On October 2nd Stewartville First Responders , Sylacauga Ambulance, Kellyton Medics a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 302 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On October 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

On October 4th Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 at CR 49 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On October 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 34 after receiving a report of a dog causing trouble at a residence. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the owner put the dog up.

On October 7th Hanover First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

MOUNT OLIVE

On October 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 511 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

KEYNO

On October 3rd Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 28 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

GOODWATER

On October 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Russell Medical Center after receiving a report of an Assault victim. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On October 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On October 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 140 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On October 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 97 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On October 7th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 46 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident that had overturned. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On October 7th Kellyton Fire Department was dispatched to Hwy 280 near Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a grass fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On October 7th Kellyton Fire Department was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

RICHVILLE

On October 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On October 4th Deputy’s Rudd and Deputy Jones attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On October 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On October 5th Deputies were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. One subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.

ROCKFORD

On October 1st Deputy’s Jones and Deputy Richardson attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On October 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

On October 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 45 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On October 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the person and determined that they were ok.

On October 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On October 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 311 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

EQUALITY

On October 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.

RAY

On October 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On October 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 26 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the person and determined that they were ok.

On October 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Sunny Pine Drive after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

On October 6th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 73 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On October 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Cedar Circle after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

LAKE MITCHELL

On October 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Eagle Mountain Road after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
