JAIL POPULATION AS OF NOVEMBER 12 (24 MALES & 6 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 30 INMATES
ARRESTS
On November 7th Lt. Keel arrested Devunte Leshun Moon from Goodwater, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Driving while Revoked, Failure to Display Insurance, Failure to Register Vehicle and one warrant for Failure to Pay/Driving While Revoked. He was processed and released on $ 1300 bond to await trial.
On November 7th Lt. Hammond arrested Eric Michael Hamilton from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay /Harassment and Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $1250 bond to await trial.
On November 8th Lt. Keel arrested Lavenda Jermaine Smith from Atlanta, GA. On warrants for Failure to Appear/Reckless Driving and No Visible Tag. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
On November 9th Lt. Hammond arrested Jamie Lynn Phillips from Rockford, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Trafficking /Synthetic Narcotics and an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and released on a $ 35,000 bond to await trial.
On November 10th Deputy Rudd arrested Charles Garfield White from Oxford, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Attempting to Elude and Using False Identity to Avoid Arrest. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY
On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Lake Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
STEWARTVILLE
On November 6th a Deputy and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Lovette Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On November 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 8th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Turney Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On November 9th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
WEOGUFKA
On November 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
MOUNT OLIVE
On November 12th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance along with a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 66 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
KELLYTON
On November 6th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 at CR 87 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 6th a Deputy and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 7th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 87 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On November 10th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Spruce Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On November 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On November 6th Deputy Rudd attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting, where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On November 10th A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On November 8th Haynes Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
RAY
On November 6th Fletcher Lee Brown a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 119 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On November 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of an Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
LAKE MARTIN
On November 11th Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics, and a Deputy were dispatched to Ivey Vine Lane after receiving a report about an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
