JAIL POPULATION AS OF (22 MALES & 7 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 29 INMATES
ARRESTS
On November 26th Deputy Richardson arrested Ronnie Lee Russell from Alexander City, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Speeding. He was processed and released on a $ 250 bond to await trial.
On November 26th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Sylvia Marie Burke from Kellyton, AL on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On November 29th Deputy Rudd arrested Brandon Auerez Porter from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving Under the Influence and Driving while Revoked. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On December 1st Deputy Jones arrested Nataya Lanetria Thomas from Alexander City AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the Count Jail without bond to await trial.
On December 1st Deputy Jones arrested Terry Howard Mc Donald from Stewartville, AL. on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On December 2nd Deputy Richardson arrested Andrew McKleroy Thompson from Prattville, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On November 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle in the roadway. The Deputy located the vehicle and it had to be towed to remove it from the roadway.
On November 27th Stewartville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a three-vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On November 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Rustling Pines Lane after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On December 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Drive after receiving a report of Harassment. The object causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On December 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On December 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and warned the driver not to be back on the property.
On December 2nd Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 70 after receiving a report of a one vehicle. The was one person deceased upon arrival and the scene was turned over to the Trooper and Coroner.
WEOGUFKA
On November 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of several suspicious people in the roadway. The Deputy located the subjects and determined that everything was ok.
On December 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
HANOVER
On November 26th Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 154 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On November 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On November 30th Hanover First Responders, Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
MOUNT OLIVE
On November 27th Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama Sate Trooper were dispatched to CR 511 near CR 49 after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
GOODWATER
On November 26th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.
On November 26th Scott Alexander Nicholas a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Gamble Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On December 1st Kellyton Medics and an Alabama Sate Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 140 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
KELLYTON
On November 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On November 29th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 29th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to McClellan Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On November 30th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On November 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On November 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the people.
ROCKFORD
On November 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 118 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.
On November 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Circle Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the premises prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On December 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Washington Street after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On December 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a civil disturbance. The subjects causing the problems had left the area prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
SPEED
On December 1st Richville First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There was o reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On December 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 30 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.
RAY
On November 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 91 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process and completed an information report.
On December 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the person and determined that they were ok.
LAKE MARTIN
On November 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Spooky Hollow Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On November 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Driftwood Lane after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
LAKE MITCHELL
On December 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 110 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
SALEM
On November 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 34 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
