JAIL POPULATION AS OF NOV. 17 (19 MALES & 4 FEMALES ) TOTAL OF 23 INMATES

ARRESTS

On November 11th Deputy Rudd arrested LaJarvis Jontta Jackson from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On November 11th Deputy Rudd arrested Amber Renee Hicks from Prattville, AL. on the charge of Theft of Property 4th. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 500 bond to await trial.

On November 13th Investigator Keel arrested Edward LaShaun Tuck from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non- Support of a Child. He was processed and released on a payout to the Department of Human Resources.

On November 13th Investigator Keel arrested Quaneisha Chantel McCurty from Chattanooga, TN.  on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On November 14th Deputy Ward arrested Dawson Scott Horn from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 15,000 bond to await trial.

On November 14th Deputy Rudd arrested Israel Thomas Fields from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Failure to Display Insurance. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On November 14th Sgt. Jones arrested Quentero Janez Hollenquest from Rockford, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Domestic Violence 3rd / Criminal Mischief 2nd, Domestic Violence 3rd/Strangulation and Criminal Trespass 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 19,500 bond to await trial.

On November 15th Sgt. Jones arrested Matthew Cameron Jones from Stewartville, AL. on warrants for Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle, Domestic Violence 3rd/Strangulation and Failure to Pay/Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $35,500 bond to await trial.

 

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On November 17th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 90 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

STEWARTVILLE

On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of an unwanted person.  Person had left prior to Deputy’s arrival.

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Buford Road after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputy located the vehicle and determined everything to be ok.

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle.

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

On November 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle.

On November 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed for Criminal Trespassing and the warrant process explained.

On November 17th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Bridle Trail after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

HANOVER

On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 59 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties. The issue was resolved when one subject left for the night.

On November 17th Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

MOUNT OLIVE

On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 116 after receiving a report of a civil disturbance. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue resolved without incident.

 

GOODWATER

On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 131 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On November 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Long Tree Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 13th  Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 50 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

On November 14th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 115 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.

On November 16th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to McClellan Road after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

RICHVILLE

On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 459 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined everything to be ok.

On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle.

ROCKFORD

On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 31 after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and explained the warrant process.

On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but could not locate the person.

On November 14th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hill Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the person and determined everything to be ok.

On November 15th Ray Fire Department and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a house fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On November 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

SPEED

On November 16th Equality First Responders, Haynes Ambulance a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

COTTAGE GROVE

On November 11th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 11th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Piney Wood Circle after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 30 after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined the alarm to be false.

EQUALITY

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On November 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 4 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

RAY

On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 338 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

LAKE MARTIN

On November 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Oat Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On November 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Daisy Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Woodvine Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Antler Loop Road after receiving a report of Identity Theft. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

SMYRNA

On November 11th Deputy Rudd attended the monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the crime report for the area.
