ARRESTS

On May 3rd, Deputy DeAndre Scott arrested Gage Mason Buxton, a resident of Tallassee, AL on the charge of Grand Jury Indictment Criminal Negligence. Subject was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2500 bond.

On May 3rd, Deputy DeAndre Scott arrested Kirsten Danielle Shaw, a resident of Tallassee, AL on the charge of Grand Jury Indictment Criminal Negligence. Subject was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $5000 bond.  

On May 4th, Lt Bradgel Moon arrested LeAdam Quintez Kelly, a resident of Goodwater, AL on the charge of Grand Jury Indictment Capital Murder of a person in vehicle, Drug Trafficking, and Possession of Marijuana 1st. Subject was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond at this time.

On May 4th, Chief George Long arrested Christian Kashun Tuck, a resident of Kellyton, AL on the charge of Bond Revocation. Subject was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond at this time.

On May 5th, Deputy DeAndre Scott arrested JaAnthony Tyrone Glenn, a resident of Alexander City, AL on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court . Subject was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $500 bond.

On May 7th, Deputy DeAndre Scott arrested Noel Javon Jones, a resident of Alexander City, AL on the charge Possession of Marijuana 1st. Subject was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $10,000 bond.

On May 7th, Deputy DeAndre Scott arrested Dequalon Tyquez Thomas, a resident of Rockford, AL on the charge Possession of Marijuana 1st. Subject was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $10,000 bond.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On May 2nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 150 after receiving a report of Harassment. Deputies spoke with all parties and situation was resolved without a report.

On May 6th, Deputies were dispatched to AL State Highway 259 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The offender left the scene before deputies arrived. A report was taken for menacing and the case is under investigation.

On May 6th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 70 after receiving an animal call. Animal was placed back in pasture safely.

KELLYTON

On May 1st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 85 after receiving a report of property damage. Deputies spoke with all parties and situation was resolved without a report.

On May 1st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 40 after receiving a report of property damage. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

On May 2nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 40 after receiving a report of property damage. Deputies spoke with all parties and situation was resolved without a report.

On May 2nd, Deputies and Kellyton EMS were dispatched to a medical call on Morningstar Lane. Subject was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 4th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 126 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

On May 4th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 48 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. Deputies separated and spoke with all parties involved and situation was resolved without a report.

On May 5th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 40 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

WEOGUFKA

On May 1st, Deputies, Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga EMS were dispatched to a medical call on Coosa County Rd 56. Subject was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On May 5th, Deputies were dispatched to an animal call on Memorial Loop. Animal was placed back in fence safely.

COTTAGE GROVE

On May 4th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 93 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On May 5th, Deputies, Rockford First Responders and Goodwater EMS were dispatched to a vehicle accident on AL State Highway 22. The vehicle was moved out of roadway, subject was found to be alright, and scene was turned over to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA).

HANOVER

On May 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving a report of a Reckless Driving. No contact with vehicle was made.

EQUALITY

On May 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to Hancel Road after receiving a report of property damage. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

MT OLIVE

On May 4th, Deputies were dispatched to on Coosa County Road 511 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

ROCKFORD

On May 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On May 3rd, Deputies were dispatche3d to US Highway 231after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Subject was located and transported back to their residence.

On May 6th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 30 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On May 7th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231after receiving a report of a civil dispute. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and situation was resolved without a report.

LAKE MARTIN

On May 7th, Deputies were dispatched to Parker Creek Marina Road after receiving a report of Harassment. The parties were given time to get their belongings and left scene.
