ARRESTS

On March 8th Deputy Rudd arrested Christopher Mark McDaniel from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance and Driving While Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On March 9th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Timothy Adam Webb from Moulton, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On March 9th Corporal Moon arrested Mactarvilious Contoyisus Marbury from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for a Drug Court Sanction and Probation Violation. He had a 48 hour Drug Court Sanction and was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On March 10th Deputy Lipscomb arrested William Michael Smith from Equality, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / Switched Tag and Failure to Display Insurance. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On March 10th Lt. Hammond arrested Tracy Carlisle Owensby from Roanoke, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / Criminal Trespassing, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Moonshine. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On March 11th Deputy Jones arrested Lamichael Jacobe Corbin from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of Synthetic Narcotic, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of a Concealed Weapon without a Permit. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $15,000 Bond to await trial.

On March 12th Deputy Jones arrested Raquil Amez Ward from Lineville, AL. on the charge of Speeding and Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $3000 Bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On March 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.

On March 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving report of a lost hand gun. A report was completed for the lost property without incident.

WEOGUFKA

On March 7th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On March 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

HANOVER

On March 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On March 9th Hanover First Responders were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

On March 12th Stewartville First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

KELLYTON

On March 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Talla-Coosa Trailer Park after receiving a report of an unwanted person at a residence. The subject causing the problems had left the area prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

On March 11th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Baker Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RICHVILLE

On March 12th Richville First Responders, Haynes Ambulance, and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 14 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

ROCKFORD

On March 9th Richville First Responders were dispatched to Hill Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

On March 6th Deputy Jones attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On March 7th Ray First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

EQUALITY

On March 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Timber Trail after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On March 7th Equality Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RAY

On March 9th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

LAKE MARTIN

On March 12th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Glass Point Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.

On March 12th Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 near CR 92 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

LAKE MITCHELL

On March 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 110 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.

SMYRNA

On March 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 81 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
