JAIL POPULATION AS OF MARCH 9 (27 MALES & 3 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 32 INMATES

ARRESTS

On March 5th Sgt.Jones arrested Wilkie Hansel Camp from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Carrying a Pistol without a Permit and Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 17,000 bond to await trial.

On March 5th Deputy Davenport arrested Julius Rodriquez Taylor from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Failure to Display Driver’s License, Switched Tag and Expired Tag. He was processed and released on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.

On March 6th Deputy Cook arrested Joshua Ryan Windsor from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On March 7th Deputy Cook arrested Edward Hawkins Mitchell Jr. from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay / Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and released on a $2,500 payout to the Department of Human Resources.

On March 8th Deputy Davenport arrested Anthony Lornell Jennings from Dadeville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On March 9th Sgt. Jones arrested Marvin Duwayne Parker from Verbena, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Violation of Posted Rules on Wildlife Management Area X 2. He was processed and released on a $ 3,000 fine to await trial.

On March 9th Deputy Cook arrested John Eddie Albritton from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

 

 

 

 

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On March 5th Stewartville and Weogufka First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was air-lifted by Life-Saver to U.A.B. Hospital in Birmingham and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On March 5th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 68 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On March 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On March 6th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 41 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On March 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On March 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Charlotte Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person in the roadway. The Deputy located the subject and they were arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the County Jail.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Orange Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the subject causing the problems left the residence without incident.

On March 10th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Shiloh Trailer Park after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

WEOGUFKA

On March 8th Thomas Lawson Lamberth a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

HANOVER

On March 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On March 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person in the roadway. The Deputy located the subject and transported him to the County Line to help him on his way.

On March 10th Hanover First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Ben Pruitt Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

KEYNO

On March 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 42 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

GOODWATER

On March 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 52 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

KELLYTON

On March 5th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On March 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On March 7th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 130 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 8th Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 126 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On March 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious person in the roadway. The Deputy located the person and determined that their vehicle was disabled. The Deputy transported them to their residence.

ROCKFORD

On March 4th Rockford First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On March 6th Stewartville First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 120 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Nixburg Road after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false.

On March 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On March 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and the civil process was explained.

SPEED

On March 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

EQUALITY

On March 9th Equality Fire Department was dispatched to CR 2 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was brought under control without incident.

On March 10th Equality First Responders were dispatched to CR 61 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

RAY

On March 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On March 6th Ray First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 7th Robert Wayne Narr a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 63 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On March 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
