ARRESTS

On March 22nd, Sgt. Rudd arrested Jaron Tait Compton, a resident of Weogufka, AL for Probation Violation and Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.

On March 25th, Minkah Juma Jordan, a resident of Sylacauga, AL, arrived at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to turn himself in on a bench warrant for a DUI. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail without incident.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On March 20th, a Deputy, Marble Valley First Responders and Sylacauga EMS responded to a medical call on Chapter Three Circle after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

STEWARTVILLE

On March 20th, a Deputy, Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga EMS responded to a medical call on Charlotte Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On March 21st, Harry J. Embry Jr., a resident of Alexander City, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Deputies were dispatched to County Road 41 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. No contact was made with either party. Units were placed back in service.

KELLYTON

On March 20th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 65 after receiving a report of property damage. Deputies spoke with parties involved and the situation was resolved without a report.

On March 21st, Rodney L. Robinson, a resident of Kellyton, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at  the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, James Rollins, a resident of Kellyton, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Asberry Scott, a resident of Kellyton, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Freddie Burton, a resident of Goodwater, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at  the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Danny Jerome Hanson, a resident of Goodwater, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at  the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 323 after receiving a report of a commercial burglar alarm. . A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

On March 22nd, a Deputy, Kellyton EMS responded to a medical call on Long Tree Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Oakwoods Lane after receiving a report of property damage. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

On March 22nd, a Deputy and Kellyton EMS responded to a medical call on Coosa County Road 126 after a resident requested medical assistance.  No transport needed.

On March 22nd, a Deputy and Kellyton EMS responded to a medical call on Coosa County Road 46 after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 24th, Deputies, Alabama State Troopers, and Kellyton EMS responded to a vehicle accident on US Highway 280. Two patients were transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 85 after a request for a welfare check on a resident. Deputies were unable to make contact. Deputies checked the residence and no one was home.

On March 26th, a Deputy and Kellyton EMS responded to a medical call on Coosa County Road 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 26th, Deputies, Alabama State Troopers, and Kellyton EMS responded to a vehicle accident on US Highway 280. Individual was treated on scene; transport not needed.

On March 26th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 85 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

 

HANOVER

On March 21st, a Deputy, Hanover First Responders and Sylacauga EMS responded to a medical call on Coosa County Road 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On March 22nd, a Deputy, Hanover First Responders and Sylacauga EMS responded to a medical call on Coosa County Road 56 after a resident requested medical assistance. The Deputy assisted the individual without incident.

On March 24th, Hanover Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire call on US Highway 231. Fire was extinguished. All units were placed back in service.

On March 26th, a Deputy, Hanover Volunteer Fire Department, Stewartville First Responders, and Sylacauga EMS were dispatched to Coosa County Road 56 in response to a medical call. The Coosa County Coroner was notified and the scene was released to him.

KEYNO

On March 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 42 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies secured the residence but no report was filed at this time due to the homeowner not being present.

WEOGUFKA

On March 21st, Robert Clay Schrader, a resident of Weogufka, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at  the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 23rd, a Deputy, Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga EMS responded to a medical call on Coosa County Road 29 after a resident requested medical assistance.  Individual was treated on scene; no transport needed.

On March 26th, Deputies and Alabama State Troopers responded to a vehicle accident Coosa County Road 55. Individuals were transported to St. Vincent’s in Clanton.

 

MT OLIVE

 

On March 23rd, a Deputy and Goodwater EMS responded to a medical call on Coosa County Road 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was transported  by privately owned vehicle.

ROCKFORD

On March 21st, a Deputy, Rockford First Responders, Kellyton EMS, and Lifesavers responded to a medical call on US Highway 231. The individual was transported to University of Alabama in Birmingham.

On March 21st, William D. Bush, a resident of Rockford, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 23rd, Thomas Lamberth, a resident of Rockford, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 25th, Deputies responded to a medical call on US Highway 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was lifted and all units were placed back in service.

EQUALITY

On March 21st , Dwain A. Lewis, a resident of Equality, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 22nd, Stewartville First Responders, Rockford First Responders, and Deputies responded to a medical call on US Highway 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The individual was assisted without incident.

On March 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Hancel Lane after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On March 26th, Deputies were dispatched to Hancel Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On March 26th, a Deputy, Rockford Volunteer Fire Department and Richville Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire call on Coosa County Road 18. Fire was extinguished.

On March 26th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

RAY

On March 21st, William R. Layfield JR., a resident of Alexander City, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Robert W. Narr, a resident of Alexander City, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 311 after receiving a report of property damage. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

On March 26th, Deputies were dispatched to Skylar Park Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. After questioning, no report was wanted or needed.

LAKE MARTIN

On March 24th, a Deputy, Ray First Responders, and Kellyton EMS responded to a vehicle accident on Glass Point Rd. Patient was transported to Russel Medical Center.

On March 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Carnation Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On March 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Tulip Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

GOODWATER

On March 21st, Rossmirrio Harrell, a resident of Goodwater, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Cedric Debardelabon, a resident of Goodwater, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Jimmy Ray Emfinger, a resident of Goodwater, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at  the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 21st, Olen C. Kelly Jr., a resident of Goodwater, AL reported to Lt. Bradgel Moon at  the Coosa County Sheriff’s Office to update his sex offender registration information.

On March 26th, a Deputy, Alabama State Troopers, and Goodwater EMS responded to a vehicle accident on US Highway 280. The scene was turned over to The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
