JAIL POPULATION AS OF JUNE 23 ( 22 MALES & 5 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 27 INMATES
ARRESTS
On June 19th Investigator Keel arrested Casey Hugh Barnett from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st and Burglary 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 30,000 bond to await trial.
On June 19th Sgt. Jones arrested Andrew Lin Joiner from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond for the D.U.I. and no Bond on the Probation Violation.
On June 20th Deputy Davenport arrested Anthony Eugene Lewis from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non Support of a Child. He was processed and released after payment was made to the Department of Human Resources.
On June 20th Sgt. Jones arrested Justin Anthony Wilson from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Endangering the Welfare of a Child X 2. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On June 20th Deputy Davenport arrested Cynthia Tibbs Piotrowski from Vincent, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On June 21st Investigator Keel arrested Michael Eugene Hilburn from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 3,500 bond to await trial.
On June 21st Deputy Rudd arrested Morgan Makaely Holley from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Speeding, Driving While Suspended and Failure to Display Insurance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On June 21st Deputy Rudd arrested Jessie Lamar Roberson from Childersburg, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On June 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Varner Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person. Deputy patrolled the area and could not locate the person.
STEWARTVILLE
On June 17th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On June 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 181 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputy located the vehicle and warned the subjects about being on the property.
On June 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of an abandoned vehicle in the roadway. Deputy located the vehicle and the vehicle was towed.
On June 18th Asberry J Scott a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 93 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On June 18th Thomas Eugene Gable Jr a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 41 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On June 18th Harry James Embry Jr a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 74 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On June 20th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On June 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On June 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok and the Deputy transported the subject to the county line to help him on his way.
On June 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
WEOGUFKA
On June 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Harmony Road after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and explained the warrant process.
On June 19th Robert Clay Schrader a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 56 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On June 20th Sheriff Howell and Deputy Davenport attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On June 21st a Deputy, Weogufka First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
HANOVER
On June 18th Sheriff Howell and Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On June 19th Stewartville and Hanover First Responders, Deputies and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 75 near CR 131 after receiving a report of an accident involving an ATV. One subject was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, two were transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
MOUNT OLIVE
On June 17th Willie Earl Gamble a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Gamble Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On June 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 511 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy arrived and spoke with both subjects and one of the subjects left the residence for the night.
On June 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Ce Ann Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed a report and the case is under investigation.
KEYNO
On June 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 42 after receiving a request for a Welfare Check. The Deputy located the subject and determined everything to be ok.
On June 22nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 42 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 18th Freddie NMN Burton a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Davis Family Lane reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On June 18th Jimmy Ray Emfinger a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Hwy 9 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On June 17th a Deputy and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 65 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.
