ARRESTS
On January 9th Lt. Keel arrested Justin Bernard Woody from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation/Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 48 hour sanction.
On January 9th Corporal Moon arrested David Tylan Jones from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Contempt of Court. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 5-day sentence.
On January 10th Corporal Moon arrested Timthie Roland Wall from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation/Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 48 hour sanction.
On January 10th Corporal Moon arrested Andrew Scott Hall from Childersburg, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Expired Tag and Driving While Revoked. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 12th Chief Davidson arrested Shawn Elise Brown from Kellyton, AL. on warrants for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Criminal Mischief 2nd. She was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On January 13th Lt. Hammond arrested Brittany Rena Mizzell from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Identity Theft. She was processed and released on a $ 5000 bond to await trial.
On January 13th Deputy Jones arrested Wesley Jackson Ellis from Huntsville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation/Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 48 hour sanction.
On January 13th Deputy Jones arrested Paul Anthony Mizzell from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 15th Deputy Jones arrested Brian Keith Smith from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE
On January 12th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
WEOGUFKA
On January 12th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
HANOVER
On January 9th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On January 15th Hanover First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
MOUNT OLIVE
On January 9th Goodwater Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Gamble Road after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On January 9th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On January 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 117 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
GOODWATER
On January 10th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 140 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On January 12th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Goodwater Health Care after a resident needed transporting to the Hospital. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
KELLYTON
On January 10th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On January 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On January 13th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Lashley Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On January 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 46 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
RICHVILLE
On January 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and one subject was arrested.
ROCKFORD
On January 9th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On January 11th Louie Will Bass a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Murphy Sawyer Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On January 12th A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On January 13th a Deputy was dispatched to River Run Road after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
