ARRESTS

On February 23rd, Deputy Slade Williams arrested Frederick Cornelius Todd a citizen of Alexander City, Alabama, on the charges of Failure to Appear in Court X 4. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $4,000 bond.

On February 23rd, Chief Scott Hammond arrested Hoperia Stevece Johnson, a citizen of Alexander City, Alabama, on the charges of Failure to Appear in Court X 2. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,000 bond.

On February 23rd, Chief Scott Hammond arrested, Kevin Ray Gooden Jr., a citizen of Weogufka, Alabama, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.  

On February 23rd, Investigator Troy Middlebrooks arrested Calvin Andrew Skinner, a citizen of Kellyton, Alabama, on the charges of Possession of Burglary Tools, Theft of Property over $2,500, and Burglary 3rd. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $20,000 bond.

MARBLE VALLEY

On February 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Peckerwood Creek Lane after receiving reports of a domestic dispute. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

STEWARTVILLE

On February 19th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Deputies made contact with the driver of the vehicle and determined he pulled over because he was tired.

On February 21st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 70 after receiving reports of a civil dispute. After Deputies arrival, advice was given and no report was wanted or needed.

On February 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 68 after receiving reports of an unwanted person. Deputies assessed the situation and no report was wanted or needed. 

HANOVER

On February 20th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 49 after receiving reports of a vehicle accident. Deputies turned scene over to ALEA.

 On February 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 75 after receiving a request for assistance with a juvenile call. A report was taken and the case is under investigation. 

On February 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken and the case is under investigation. 

MT OLIVE

On February 24th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies responded but assistance was not wanted/needed. 

GOODWATER

On February 20th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Negative contact was made.

On February 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 11 after receiving reports of an unwanted person. Deputies arrived on scene and requested Coosa EMS. Coosa EMS transported subject to Russell Medical Center for a psych evaluation.

KELLYTON

On February 20th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a   vehicle accident. Deputies turned scene over to ALEA.

 On February 20th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies responded but assistance was not wanted/needed.

On February 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 325 after receiving reports of a residential burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be false; no report needed.

On February 25th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 85 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. No report was wanted or needed.

On February 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to Alabama State Highway 115 after receiving reports of a reckless driver. Deputies made negative contact with vehicle.

On February 25th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the driver to their residence.

ROCKFORD

On February 19th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a commercial burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be false; no report needed.

On February 20th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 22 after receiving requests for a civil service assistance. Deputies attempted to assist but negative contact was made.

On February 21st, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 22 after receiving requests for a citizen assist. Deputies advised subject was transported to residence.

EQUALITY

On February 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving reports of a suspicious person. Deputies located subject and advised everything was ok.

On February 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to Pineview Circle after receiving requests for a welfare check. Deputies attempted but made negative contact.

RAY

On February 22nd, Deputies were dispatched to Addition Lane after receiving reports of a civil dispute. Deputies attempted to assist but made negative contact. 

On February 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving reports of a residential burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be false; no report needed.

On February 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Addition lane after receiving reports of criminal mischief. Deputies made negative contact with subject. 

LAKE MARTIN

On February 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to Needle Eye Road after receiving reports of a residential burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be false; no report needed.

LAKE MITCHELL

On February 20th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 121 after receiving reports of lost property. A report was made and the case is under investigation.

SALEM

On February 21st, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 118 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. No report was wanted or needed.
