JAIL POPULATION AS OF MAY 6 (27 MALES & 7 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 34 INMATES

ARRESTS

On April 30th Deputy Jones arrested David Bryant Kimbrough from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Criminal Trespassing. He was processed and released on a $1000 bond to await trial.

On May 1st Lt. Keel arrested Austin Patrick Hall from Randolph, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 2nd X 4, Burglary 3rd X 4, and Criminal Mischief 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 45,000 bond to await trial.

On May 3rd Deputy Richardson arrested Jeffery Dewayne Pody from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Theft of Property 4th. He was processed and released on a $1000 bond to await trial.

On May 4th Deputy Davenport arrested Lisa Ann Davis from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On May 5th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Andrew Lin Joiner from Weogufka, AL. on the charge of Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 5,000 to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On April 30th A Deputy was dispatched to Gilliland Lane after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On May 5th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Wilson Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On May 3rd Stewartville First Responders were dispatched to Gooden Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

On May 3rd Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to CR 78 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL.

On May 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

WEOGUFKA

On May 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Little Tom’s Road after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

KEYNO

On May 2nd Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 28 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

GOODWATER

On May 1st Cedric Lamar Debardelabon a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Old Dam Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On April 30th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Morning Star Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 328 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On May 4th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Morning Star Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On May 4th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 81 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 4th Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to McClellan Industrial Park after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 126 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

On May 5th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RICHVILLE

On May 3rd Deputy Richardson attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On May 3rd Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Wild Coyote Trail after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a Montgomery, AL. hospital.

On May 5th Richville First Responders were dispatched to CR 31 after receiving a report of a house fire. The fire which was contained in the kitchen area was contained and extinguished without incident.

ROCKFORD

On May 2nd a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On May 5th Goodwater Medics and Hanover First Responders were dispatched to Adams Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On May 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a request for a funeral escort to CR 93. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

RAY

On May 2nd Haynes Ambulance, Stewartville First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 26 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a Montgomery, AL. Hospital.

LAKE MARTIN

On April 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Oakachoy Aerie Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
