JAIL POPULATION AS OF APRIL 22 (26 MALES & 4 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 30 INMATES

ARRESTS

On April 18th Deputy Richardson arrested Thomas Fred Vandergrift from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / Failure to Register Vehicle, Improper Lights, Failure to Display Insurance and No Driver’s License. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.

On April 21st Deputy Jones arrested Anthony Lornell Jennings from Dadeville, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On April 16th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hallman Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 17th Billy Louis Ford a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 150 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 18th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Ferguson Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 39 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On April 19th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 150 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a Church Burglar Alarm. The Deputy checked the Church and determined that the alarm was false.

On April 20th Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to Shiloh Park after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 20th Fire Departments from Stewartville, Richville, Hanover and Goodwater were dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 150 after receiving a report of a house fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On April 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 78 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

ON April 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Uuse of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Ferguson Road after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

On April 22nd Fire Departments from Stewartville,Richville,Hanover, Ray and Weogufka were dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a house fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

WEOGUFKA

On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Mooney Lane after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On April 17th Weogufka First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident involving livestock. One person was transported to Coosa Medical Center.

On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 183 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 183 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

HANOVER

On April 17th Brandon Alan Krueger a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Payne Road, reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

MOUNT OLIVE

On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed the warrant process was explained.

On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

KEYNO

On April 16th Jimmy Reed Nickolson III a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 28 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

GOODWATER

On April 17th Steve Allen Marbury a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 511 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 17th Jeremy Lee Emfinger a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 9 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 17th Raul George Sarasa II a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Rich Circle reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On April 17th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On April 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the scene was ok.

On April 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 87 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.

On April 17th Thomas Lewis Kelly a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 85 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 17th Charles Rufus Gardner a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Trailer Park Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 17th Kenneth Roger Peppers a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Firehouse Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 87 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On April 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd and the warrant process was explained.

On April 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.

On April 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Luster Lane after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On April 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 339 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved when one of them left the residence for the night.

RICHVILLE

On April 19th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a Montgomery Hospital.

On April 22nd Richville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

ROCKFORD

On April 17th Adam Kyle Ivey a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hill Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

SPEED

On April 22nd Richville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On April 17th William Lewis Leonard a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 101 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

EQUALITY

On April 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

RAY

On April 17th Joseph Craig Hay a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 135 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

On April 18th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 near CR 91 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

LAKE MARTIN

On April 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 20 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
