ARRESTS

On September 4th Deputy Richardson arrested Bryan Francis Garcia from Titus, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.

On September 7th Deputy Richardson arrested Tyesha Michelle Jennings from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Failure to Display Insurance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

On September 8th Deputy Davenport arrested Jessica Renee Davis from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On September 9th Deputy Richardson arrested LaDerrick Montel Tuck from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

On September 9th Deputy Richardson arrested Anthony Sebastian Arnold from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Obstructing Governmental Operations. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On September 7th Marble Valley First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

STEWARTVILLE

On September 3rd Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Wilson Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On September 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On September 4th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On September 8th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy was dispatched to a residence on Hwy 280 after receiving a report of an accident involving an ATV. A Report was completed and one person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On September 8th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy was dispatched to Circle M Ranch Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On September 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On September 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

WEOGUFKA

On September 5th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 55 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On September 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On September 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property at three separate residences. Reports were completed and the cases are under investigation.

HANOVER

On September 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On September 6th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an identity theft. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On September 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 34 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On September 9th Hanover first Responders were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

MOUNT OLIVE

On September 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 116 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

KEYNO

On September 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and one of them left the residence for the night to resolve the issue.

KELLYTON

On September 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 81 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On September 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On September 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a Civil Dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

On September 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On September 9th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 87 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the resident and determined that they were ok.

On September 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Obstructing a Governmental Operation.

RICHVILLE

On September 6th Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On September 9th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

ROCKFORD

On September 4th Deputy Richardson attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On September 8th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Stonegate Apartments after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

SPEED

On September 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 10 after receiving a report of three residential Thefts of Property. Reports were completed and the cases are under investigation.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On September 4th Rockford First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 93 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

EQUALITY

On September 5th Equality First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RAY

On September 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.

On September 5th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 91 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On September 5th Quintae Quontex Howard a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 91 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On September 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

On September 6th Robert Wayne Narr a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 63 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On September 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

On September 9th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 73 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

LAKE MARTIN

On September 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Needle Eye Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
