ARRESTS
On October 10th Lt. Hammond arrested Santana Ann Kelley from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/ Driving Under the Influence. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On October 11th Lt. Keel arrested Michael Anthony Tyson from Anniston, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On October 12th Lt. Burke arrested Ebony Mortin Holmes from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Driving While Suspended and Speeding. She was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
On October 14th Deputy House arrested Joseph Leon Foster Jr. from Childersburg, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. HE was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
On October 15th Deputy Rudd arrested Wanda Faye Banks from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. She was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE
On October 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On October 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On October 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that the person needed medical attention. The person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
WEOGUFKA
On October 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
HANOVER
On October 11th Stewartville First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
MOUNT OLIVE
On October 9th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
KEYNO
On October 10th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 40 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
GOODWATER
On October 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 132 after a receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
KELLYTON
On October 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On October 11th Kellyton Medics and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On October 13th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On October 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 31 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd /Harassment was completed and the warrant process was explained.
ROCKFORD
On October 12th Richville First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 152 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On October 10th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 30 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
EQUALITY
On October 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On October 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of Menacing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On October 15th Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to Web Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RAY
On October 14th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On October 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The issue was resolved when one of the parties left the residence for the night.
SMYRNA
On October 9th Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On October 9th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 86 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
