JAIL POPULATION AS OF OCTOBER 13 (26 MALES & 5 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 31 INMATES
ARRESTS
On October 7th Deputy Lucas arrested Jeremy Dequan Odem from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of Synthetic Narcotic, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $12,500 bond to await trial.
On October 8th Deputy Rudd arrested Charles Javoris Brown from Lineville, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 4th. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 7,500 bond to await trial.
On October 9th Investigator Keel arrested Rodney Joe Smith from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Cruelty to Animals. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 500 bond to await trial.
On October 10th Investigator Keel arrested Avery LaGreek Jones from Equality, AL. on the charge of Theft of Property 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 5,000 bond to await trial.
On October 10th Investigator Keel arrested LaSonya Monique Powell from Equality, AL. on the charge of Theft of Property 2nd. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 5,000 bond to await trial.
On October 10th Deputy Buttram arrested Quentero Janez Hollenquest from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Burglary 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5,000 bond to await trial.
On October 11th Chief Deputy Long arrested Keria Mashae Walls from Alexander City, AL. on the charges of Attempting to Elude, Possession of a Firearm without Permit, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Controlled Substance x2 and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 37,500 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On October 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 117 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that it was disabled.
On October 8th Stewartville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 39 after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On October 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
On October 11th Stewartville Fire Department and a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 117 after receiving a report of a vehicle fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.
On October 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
WEOGUFKA
On October 11th Weogufka First Responders, Care Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
HANOVER
On October 9th Hanover and Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 at CR 49 after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
KELLYTON
On October 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 to assist the Department of Human Resources with a welfare check. The person was located and they were ok.
On October 10th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On October 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
ROCKFORD
On October 7th Deputy Lucas attended the Union Square Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On October 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.
COTTAGE GROVE
On October 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On October 10th a resident came in to the Sheriff’s Office to report a Burglary. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
EQUALITY
On October 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 98 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy made contact with the person and determined that everything was ok.
On October 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.
RAY
On October 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
On October 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On October 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 91 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy made contact with the person and determined that everything was ok.
On October 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy made contact with the person and determined that everything was ok.
LAKE MARTIN
On October 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Woodvine Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On October 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 20 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that it was disabled.
On October 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Oakachoy Aeri after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On October 12th Deputies and Care Ambulance were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery.
LAKE MITCHELL
On October 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 121 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
