JAIL POPULATION AS OF OCTOBER 27(25 MALES & 5 FEMALES ) TOTAL OF 30 INMATES

ARRESTS

On October 22nd Deputy Rudd arrested Jonathan David Gurley from Anniston, AL. on a Warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

On October 23rd Deputy Davenport arrested Israel Thomas Fields from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Public Intoxication. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On October 24th Sheriff Howell arrested Danny Lamar Haynes from Ashland, AL. on a warrant for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 5,000 bond to await trial.

On October 26th Deputy Lucas arrested Christopher Shamir Lynch from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4,500 bond to await trial.

On October 27th Deputy Ward arrested Omar Lashaun Gaddis from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Possession of Concealed Weapon without a permit and Attempting to Elude. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4,500 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On October 21st Marble Valley First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Red Robin Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

STEWARTVILLE

On October 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

On October 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.

On October 22nd Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 150 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On October 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.

On October 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without issue.

On October 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Drive after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On October 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

WEOGUFKA

A Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On October 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and the warrant process was explained.

HANOVER

On October 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

On October 23rd Hanover First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On October 24th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 49 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

KEYNO

On October 21st Deputies were dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject was warned about being on the property and the Deputy transported them to another location.

On October 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On October 21st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On October 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On October 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 127 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On October 24th Kellyton Medics a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On October 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.

RICHVILLE

On October 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident with a deer. No injuries were reported.

ROCKFORD

On October 22nd Adam Kyle Ivey a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Hill Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On October 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Nixburg Street after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined the alarm to be false.

EQUALITY

On October 24th Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the crime report for the area.

RAY

On October 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.

On October 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

LAKE MARTIN

On October 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Oakachoy Aerie Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On October 24th Deputy was dispatched to Ivy Shores Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined everything to be ok.
