ARRESTS

On October 2nd Deputy Jones arrested Bobbie Joe Jordan from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 500 bond to await trial.

On October 4th Corporal Moon arrested Tarreck Dexaxier Chandler from Gadsden, AL. on a warrant for Identity Theft. He was processed and released on a $ 5000 bond to await trial.

On October 6th Deputy House arrested Tiana Brene Riley from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession of Marijuana 2nd. Also, she was arrested on the charges of Obstructing Governmental Operations and Resisting Arrest. She was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.

On October 7th Deputy Jones arrested Quterial Chanell Daniel from Alexander City, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. She was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On October 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 125 after receiving a report of an abandoned vehicle that had been burnt. A report was completed and the vehicle was towed away.

On October 5th Marble Valley First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 99 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

STEWARTVILLE

On October 4th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Ham Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On October 8th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 150 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

HANOVER

On October 6th Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On October 6th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

KELLYTON

On October 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a suspicious person walking in the roadway. The Deputy located the subject and they were arrested for Public Intoxication.

On October 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 126 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On October 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a 911 hang up call. After speaking to both subjects at the residence, one of them was arrested for a Failure to Appear/Possession of Marijuana 2nd warrant and also the charges of Obstructing Governmental Operations and Resisting Arrest.

RICHVILLE

On October 5th Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

ROCKFORD

On October 2nd Deputy Jones attended the Union Square Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On October 7th a Deputy was dispatched to School Bus Street after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

SPEED

On October 5th Rockford First Responders, Haynes Ambulance, a Deputy, and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

EQUALITY

On October 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 98 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

RAY

On October 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 91 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On October 6th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On October 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On October 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one person was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

LAKE MARTIN

On October 8th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 2 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On October 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to River Run Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
