JAIL POPULATION AS OF DECEMBER 3 (20 MALES & 4 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 24 INMATES
ARRESTS
On November 28th Deputy Davenport arrested James Walter Linch from Prattville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On November 30th Deputy Rudd arrested Corey Allen Hosey from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Carrying a Concealed Pistol Without a Permit. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial.
On November 30th Lt. Hammond arrested Shane Anthony Vernon from Rockford , AL. on warrants for Escape 2nd , Robbery 1st x 2 , Theft of Property 1st, Unlawful Imprisonment x 2. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 335,000 bond to await trial.
On November 30th Deputy Rudd arrested Jalen Jacinto Whetstone from Talladega, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay/Speeding and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and released on a $ 600 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
HANOVER
On November 27th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
MOUNT OLIVE
On December 1st Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 66 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
KEYNO
On November 30th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 42 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On December 1st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 127 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
KELLYTON
On November 27th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Gin House Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 27th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On November 28th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 50 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On November 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On November 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On December 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Cherry Lane after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.
On December 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On December 1st Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On December 1st Deputies and Rockford Police Department were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On December 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On December 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
EQUALITY
On December 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On November 27th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 72 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On November 27th Alex City Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center.
