On May 8th Deputy House arrested John NMN Sims from Stewartville, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Burglary 3rd. He was processed and released on a $10,000 bond to await trial.
On May 9th Deputy House arrested Angelia Joy Fields from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Minor in Possession of Alcohol. She was processed and released on a $500 bond to await trial.
On May 10th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Tonika Alexandria Allen from Goodwater, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Marijuana 1st. She was processed and released on a $10,000 bond to await trial.
On May 11th Lt. Hammond arrested Christopher William Goff from Sylacauga, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Theft of Property 2nd. He was processed and released on a $7500 bond to await trial.
On May 11th Lt. Burke arrested Reginald Dewayne Smith from Birmingham, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and released on a $10,000 bond to await trial.
On May 12th Deputy House arrested Christopher Carl Kirk Jr. from Sylacauga, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $15,000 bond to await trial.
On May 12th Deputy House arrested Eddie Jackson Robinson from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd / Assault. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On May 13th Corporal Moon arrested Destiny Rose Price from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 2nd, Identity Theft and Illegal Possession of a Credit Card. She was processed and released on a $15,000 bond to await trial.
On May 13th Deputy House arrested Jessica Paige Tomlinson from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving without Driver’s License X 3, Driving without Insurance X 3 and Failing to Register Vehicle X 3. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On May 13th Deputy House arrested David Tylan Jones from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Minor in Possession of Alcohol. He was processed and released on a $1000 bond to await trial.
On May 14th Lt. Hammond arrested Memphis Bernard McElrath Jr. from Dadeville, AL. on the charge of Murder. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $100,000 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY
On May 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of a large party gathering at a residence. The crowd was dispersed and one subject was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
STEWARTVILLE
On May 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Martin Family Trail after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process was explained.
On May 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of Fraud. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
WEOGUFKA
On May 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Ferguson Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On May 9th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On May 13th Weogufka First Responders and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and there was one subject was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
On May 13th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 41 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
HANOVER
On May 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and two subjects were arrested for the charge.
On May 13th Rockford First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a person needing medical assistance after falling from a tree stand. One subject was airlifted to UAB Hospital in Birmingham.
MOUNT OLIVE
On May 8th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 116 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
GOODWATER
On May 13th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
KELLYTON
On May 14th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
ROCKFORD
On May 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault was completed and one person was arrested for the charge.
RAY
On May 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Sunny Pine Drive after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
