JAIL POPULATION AS OF JUNE 4 (22 MALES & 8 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 30 INMATES

ARRESTS

On June 1st Chief Davidson arrested James O’Brien Spears from Rockford, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st and Burglary 1st. He also had warrants for Failure to Appear /Assault 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $31,000 bond for the first two charges and no bond on the Failure to Appear charges until the next Court date.

On June 1st Deputy Rudd arrested Carlos Quintez Whetstone from Equality, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / Fishing Without Permission and Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and released on a $1500 bond to await trial.

On June 3rd Lt. Hammond arrested Christopher Earnest Davis from Equality, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Theft of Property 2nd. Also he was arrested on warrants for Failure to Appear/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $17,500 bond on the Grand Jury Indictments and no bond on the Failure to Appear warrants to await trial.

On June 3rd Lt. Hammond arrested Amy Lynn Ward from Equality, AL. on Grand Jury indictments for Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Theft of Property 2nd. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $20,000 bond to await trial.

On June 4th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Jamie Lynn Phillips from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. She was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE

On May 29th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Rustling Pines Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 1st Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 4th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 41 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

WEOGUFKA

On May 29th Weogufka First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

GOODWATER

On June 2nd Henry Lee Kelly a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Holmes Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On June 1st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 126 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 2nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Morning Star Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RICHVILLE

On May 29th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Old Salter Community Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 29th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On June 1st Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On June 2nd Thomas Lawson Lambert a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

ROCKFORD

On May 30th Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 3rd Hanover and Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an overturned 18-wheeler vehicle. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On May 30th Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

EQUALITY

On May 29th Equality First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 2nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 73 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 4th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Holloway Mill Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On June 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Cedar Circle after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

SALEM

On June 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Browns Loop after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.
