ARRESTS

On May 29th Deputy Davenport arrested Kenneth Cruz Reyes Jr. from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Criminal Mischief 3rd. He was processed and held on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.

On May 31st Deputy Richardson arrested Barry Joe Smith from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On June 1st Deputy Richardson arrested Denisha Trenae Hutchins from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear / Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and released after fines were paid.

On June 1st Capt. Hammond arrested Quinterra Ronshae Wyckoff from Jackson’s Gap, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance. She was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On June 2nd Deputy Davenport arrested Eric Burton Thomas from Clanton, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Expired Tag, Failure to Display Insurance and Driving While Revoked. He was processed and released on a $ 3000 bond to await trial.

On June 3rd Deputy Jones arrested Brandon Dejuan Gaddis from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Possession of Synthetic Narcotics, Possession of Marijuana 1st and Possession of Brass Knuckles. He was processed and released on a $ 15,500 bond to await trial.

On June 3rd Deputy Jones arrested Pervin Lamar Swain from Childersburg, AL. on the charges of Possession of Synthetic Narcotics and Possession of Marijuana 1st. He was processed and released on a $10,000 bond to await trial.

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the person and determined that they were ok.

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a Domestic Dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process was explained.

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On May 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that it was disabled.

On June 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Wilson Lane after receiving a report of Fraud. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

WEOGUFKA

On May 29th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 112 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On May 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

On June 3rd Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Oak Tree Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

HANOVER

On May 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Criminal Mischief 3rd.

On May 29th Hanover First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

MOUNT OLIVE

On June 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Cripple Creek Trail after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

ON June 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

KELLYTON

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On May 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that it was disabled.

On May 30th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On May 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 46 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 2nd Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 near CR 28 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On June 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On June 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 325 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

ROCKFORD

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On May 30th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Washington Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that it was disabled.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On May 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process was explained.

On June 1st a Deputy and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 133 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

EQUALITY

On May 28th Equality First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RAY

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On May 30th Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On May 31st Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On May 31st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 72 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of loud music. The Deputy spoke to the subjects and advised them to turn the music down.

LAKE MARTIN

On May 28th Ray First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Ivy Shores Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On May 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 24 while conducting an investigation on several stolen vehicles. The vehicles were located and a report was completed.

LAKE MITCHELL

On May 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Turkey Run after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
