JAIL POPULATION AS OF JUNE 2 (26 MALES & 7 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 33 INMATES

ARRESTS

On May 27th Deputy Davenport arrested Earnest Manual Wright from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. He was processed and released on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

On May 28th Sgt. Jones arrested Talmadge Cody Fuller from Shelby, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance, No Tag Light and Failure to Display Drivers License. He was processed and released on a $ 6,000 bond to await trial.

On June 1st Sgt. Jones arrested Seaturst Montake Meadows from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended and Speeding. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 1st Sgt. Jones arrested Gerald Kent Baker from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Harassing Communications. He was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.

On June 2nd Sgt. Jones arrested Walter Michael Rowland from Talladega, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 2nd Deputy Lipscomb arrested Kearre Lashea Bozeman from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Criminal Mischief 2nd.She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,500 bond to await trial.

On June 2nd Sgt. Jones arrested Tiffany Michelle Smith from Kellyton, AL. on the charges of Assault of a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Operations and Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 20,000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined everything to be ok.

On May 31st Deputies and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On May 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined everything was ok.

WEOGUFKA

On May 31st a Deputy, Weogufka and Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched toCR29 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Duke Trailer Park after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

HANOVER

On May 27th a Deputy, Kellyton Medics and Hanover First Responders were dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

MOUNT OLIVE

On May 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of an Assault. The Deputy completed a report and explained the warrant process.

On May 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 38 after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate anyone.

KEYNO

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined everything to be ok.

KELLYTON

On May 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a missing child. The Deputy located the child who was with a relative.

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined everything to be ok.

On May 31st Kellyton Medics and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR87 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On June 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Highland Park after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle it appeared to be disabled.

On June 1st Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Long Tree Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy completed a report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.

On June 2nd Deputies were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. One was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

RICHVILLE

On May 28th a Richville First Responders a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

ROCKFORD

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

On June 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

SPEED

On May 31st a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 at CR 304 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No Injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

EQUALITY

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a vicious dog. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the dog.

On June 2nd Kellyton Medics and Equality First Responders were dispatched to CR 4 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RAY

On May 27th a Deputy and Equality and Rockford Fire Departments were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On May 29th a Deputy and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Sunny Pine Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 30th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report for Harassment. The Deputy completed a report and arrested one for Harassment.

LAKE MARTIN

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Pine Needle Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Parker Creek Road after receiving a report of an Assault. The Deputy completed a report and the warrant process was explained.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On May 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Cedar Circle after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems left prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

SALEM

On May 29th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report Criminal Littering. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

On May 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complaint and explained the Civil Process.
