ARRESTS

On May 22nd Deputy House arrested Ashley Nicole McCard from Clanton, AL. on a warrant for Harassment. She was processed and released on a $ 1500 bond to await trial.

On May 24th Deputy Hale arrested Deobbmesha Lapassion Freeman from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/No Child Restraint and Driving While Suspended. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On May 24th Deputy Hale arrested Terence Lane McNealey from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Expired Tag and Operating a Vehicle Without Insurance. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

On May 25th Lt. Hammond arrested Joshua Eugene Kelley from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On May 27th Deputy Rudd arrested Joshua Dewayne Cotney from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / No Driver’s License, Parked in the Roadway. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On May 27th Deputy Rudd arrested Ashley Nicole Oliver from Talladega, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / Speeding, No Driver’s License and No Tag. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE

On May 23rd Randy Wayne Adair a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 70 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

WEOGUFKA

On May 24th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Oak Shadows Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On May 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

MOUNT OLIVE

On May 27th Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

KELLYTON

On May 22nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Morning Star Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 22nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On May 26th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

ROCKFORD

On May 24th Rockford and Richville First Responders along with Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hill Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On May 25th a Deputy was dispatched to School Street after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On May 26th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report some lost property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

SPEED

On May 22nd Richville First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near the Elmore County Line after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On May 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 30 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On May 28th Rockford and Ray First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two subjects were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

EQUALITY

On May 26th Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 2 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a local Hospital.

RAY

On May 24th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 63 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On May 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to Cedar Circle after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and one subject was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Harassment.

LAKE MITCHELL

On May 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 110 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. After speaking to both parties, it was determined that both of them were wanted by another Agency. Both subjects were transported to the County Line and turned over to the other Agency.
