JAIL POPULATION AS OF APRIL 5 (18 MALES & 3 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 21 INMATES

ARRESTS

On April 4th Deputy Dawson arrested Terry Louis Kelly from Ensley, Al. on the charges of Possession of a Stolen Credit/Debit Card and making Terrorist Threats. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on an $8,000 bond to await trial.

On April 5th Deputy Fenn arrested Kevin Wesley Bell from Valley, Al. on the charges of Murder and Reckless Endangerment. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $275,000 bond to await trial.

On April 5th Deputy Fenn arrested Jennifer Lacie Jones from Sylacauga, Alabama on the charge of Public Intoxication. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 500 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On March 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Ham Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but could not locate the person.

On March 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Ham Road after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

WEOGUFKA

On March 3oth a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

MT. OLIVE

On March 30th a Deputy and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Cripple Creek Trail after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

GOODWATER

On April 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Bishop Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On March 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Firehouse Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR85 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On April 5th Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a shooting. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner. One was arrested for Murder and Reckless Endangerment.

RICHVILLE

On April 5th Care Ambulance was dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 5th Richville and Rockford Fire were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

ROCKFORD

On April 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 18 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

EQUALITY

On March 30th Kellyton and Equality Fire were dispatched to Timber Lane after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On March 30th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 98 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.

On March 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Fox Run after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

RAY

On April 3rd Kellyton Fire was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On April 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 132 after receiving a report of Domestic Violence and Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.
