ARRESTS
On March 21st Deputy Jones arrested Brandon Scott Brown from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.
On March 21st Deputy Davenport arrested David Tyrell Benson from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
On March 22nd Deputy Rudd arrested Obie Lee Davis from Kellyton, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5,000 bond to await trial.
On March 23rd Deputy Davenport arrested Brian Wayne Hart from Leeds, AL. on the charge of Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On March 24th Deputy Davenport arrested Jerry McArthur Hill form Equality, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay/Driving Under the Influence and Probation Revocation. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On March 24th Deputy Jones arrested Dwayne Allen Barnes from Tallassee, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked and Attempting to Elude. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2000 bond to await trial.
On March 25th Deputy Jones arrested Mary Allison Ward from Dadeville, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Failure to Display Insurance, Failure to Register Vehicle and Driving While Revoked. She was processed and released on a $ 3000 bond to await trial.

HANOVER
On March 23rd Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 49 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On March 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
