ARRESTS

On March 13th Deputy Jones arrested Gregory Kenneth Parnell from Clanton, AL. on the charges of Attempting to Elude, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Driving While Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $10,500 bond to await trial.

On March 13th Deputy Jones arrested Amber Michelle Carter from Clanton, AL. on the charge of Obstructing Governmental Operations. She was processed and released on a $2500 bond to await trial.

On March 13th Lt. Keel arrested Grady Frank Neely from Verbena, AL. on a warrant for Domestic Violence 3rd / Harassment. He was processed and released on a $500 bond to await trial.

On March 14th Deputy House arrested Patricia M. Culpepper from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. She was processed and released on a $3500 bond to await trial.

On March 14th Deputy House arrested Bobby Tim Culpepper from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $3500 bond to await trial.

On March 14th Lt. Burke arrested Sylvia Marie Burke from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Possession of a Synthetic Narcotic. She was processed and released on a $ 2500 bond to await trial.

On March 16th Lt. Hammond arrested George Samuel Warren III from Kellyton, AL. on the Six Counts of Theft of Property 1st and Two Counts of Burglary 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on an $ 80,000 bond to await trial.

On March 17th Deputy Rudd arrested Octavius Labron Foster from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended and The Move Over Law. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On March 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process explained.

STEWARTVILLE

On March 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of an unwanted person at a residence. The Deputy located the subject and determined that they were wanted by another Agency. The subject was transported to the county line and turned over to the other Agency without incident.

WEOGUFKA

On March 16th Deputy Jones attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On March 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On March 19th Weogufka First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, and a Deputy was dispatched to CR 107 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident involving a motorcycle. One person was air lifted by Life-Saver to UAB Hospital in Birmingham.

HANOVER

On March 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On March 14th Stewartville First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

MOUNT OLIVE

On March 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 131 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

GOODWATER

On March 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 511 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

KELLYTON

On March 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and one arrest was made in the case.

On March 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 65 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject causing the problems had left the resident prior to the Deputy’s arrival. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Menacing was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On March 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a Theft by Deception. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On March 18th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 328 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 18th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 50 after a resident requested medical assistance.   The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.     

RICHVILLE

On March 18th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 110 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

ROCKFORD

On March 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 17th Rockford First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Turner Hill Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

EQUALITY

On March 16th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 2 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On March 16th Anthony Dwain Lewis a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 98 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

RAY

On March 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On March 13th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

LAKE MARTIN

On March 16th Equality First Responders and Kellyton Medics and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On March 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

SMYRNA
