JAIL POPULATION AS OF JUNE 30(24 MALES & 7 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 31 INMATES

ARRESTS

On June 24th Deputy Rudd arrested LeDerrick Leeotis Floyd from Rockford, Al. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended and Speeding. He was processed and released after his fines were paid.

On June 25th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Barbara Ann Hamilton from Stewartville, Al. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Expired Tag. She was processed and released on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

On June 25th Deputy Davenport arrested Christopher Lewis McCants from Opelika, Al. on the charge of Assault 1st. He was processed and released on a $20,000 bond to await trial.

On June 27th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Jonathan Devan Osbourn from Weogufka, Al. on the charge of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $500 bond to await trial.

On June 27th Deputy Rudd arrested Thomas Wayne Hubbard from Sylacauga, Al. on the charge of Assault 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On June 28th Deputy Davenport arrested Allison Lori Dennis from Goodwater, AL. on a 48-hr Drug Court Sanction. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve the 48-hr Sanction.

On June 28th Sgt. Jones arrested Danny Nathaniel Machen from Stewartville, AL. on the charges of Domestic Violence by Strangulation and Interference with a Domestic Violence Emergency Call. He was processed and released on a $5,000 bond to await trial

On June 28th Deputy Davenport arrested Dequetrik Jardez Wilson from Alexander City , AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/No Fishing License and the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd. He was processed and released on a $2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 28th Deputy Davenport arrested Tyler Jarell Harris from Talladega, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 29th Sgt. Jones arrested Donica Lee Fastnacht from Clanton, AL. on the charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd and Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 15,000 bond to await trial.

On June 29th Sgt. Jones arrested Jeremy Wayne Taylor from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for another agency. He was processed and placed in the County Jail, waiting to extradite to the other Agency.

On June 30th Deputy Davenport arrested Kaylen Shana Sims from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Public Intoxication and Driving Under the Influence. She was processed and released on a $ 2,500 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On June 27th Marble Valley First Responders were dispatched to CR 99 after receiving a report of a lost person. After a brief search the subject was located and they determined that everything was ok.

On June 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 99 after receiving report of Trespassing. The Deputy located the subjects and they were warned not to be back on the property.

STEWARTVILLE

On June 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 70 after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy located the subjects and warned them not to come back on the property.

On June 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Drive after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival and a report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. The warrant process was explained to the complainant.

On June 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On June 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 29th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Houston Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and they arrested for Public Intoxication.

WEOGUFKA

On June 27th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On June 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

On June 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious person .The Deputy located the person and upon investigation it was found that the person had active warrants through another agency. The subject was transported to the County Jail to wait to extradite by the other agency.

MOUNT OLIVE

On June 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

On June 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 66 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

KEYNO

On June 29th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 127 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

KELLYTON

On June 24th Deputies and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 103 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Church Street after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the subject and transported him back to his residence.

On June 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Hayes Street after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

On June 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Fosheeton Lane after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On June 28th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On June 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. When the Deputy arrived on the scene it was discovered that the business had been broken into. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 30th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RICHVILLE

On June 26th Richville and Rockford First Responders, Haynes Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 at CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Shelby County Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

 

ROCKFORD

On June 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and the person was not located.

On June 29th Rockford and Hanover Fire Departments were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On June 29th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On June 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 155 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

SPEED

On June 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

RAY

On June 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CCR 322 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

LAKE MARTIN

On June 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Atwater Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Needle Eye Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Spooky Hollow Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Sunflower Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
