JAIL POPULATION AS OF JUNE 16 (32 MALES & 6 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 38 INMATES

ARRESTS

On June 10th Deputy Rudd arrested Taneshia Monique Williams from Jackson’s Gap. AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Expired Tag, Failure to Display Insurance and No Child Restraint. She was processed and released on a $ 3,000 bond to await trial.

On June 10th Sgt. Jones arrested Christopher Wayne Oliver from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Speeding and Driving While Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 11th Deputy Davenport arrested Thomas Lindy Hamilton from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $4,000 bond to await trial.

On June 11th Sgt. Jones arrested Quentero Janez Hollenquest from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and Criminal Mischief 2nd. He was processed and released on a $7,000 bond to await trial.

On June 11th Sgt. Jones arrested John T Sims from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On June 12th Corporal Moon arrested Stevie Valdez Wilson from Rockford , AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child and Failure to Pay /Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1250 cash bond on the FTP/Theft of Property 3rd and a Purge amount of $ 2,000 on the Child Support.

On June 12th Deputy Rudd arrested Jonathan Devan Osbourn from Weogufka, AL. on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed and released on a $ 500 bond to await trial.

On June 13th Investigator Keel arrested James Keller Harmon III from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st and Giving False Information to Law Enforcement. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 30,000 bond to await trial.

On June 14th Corporal Moon arrested Edward Lashaun Tuck from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

On June 14th Sgt. Jones arrested Amanda Christina Beckham from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Theft of Property 1st.She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On June 14th Investigator Keel arrested Ryan Douglas Bobo from Moultrie, GA. on warrants for Buying/Receiving Stolen Property 1st and Harassing Communications. He was processed and released on a $ 16,000 bond to await trial.

On June 15th Deputy Davenport arrested Marcus Garfield McMillian from Pike Road, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 5,000 bond to await trial.

On June 15th Deputy Davenport arrested Delmon Carton Silmon JR. from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 15th Sgt. Jones arrested Marvin Hale Lewis from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on $ 4,000 bond to await trial.

On June 15th Sgt. Jones arrested Desmond Dejuan Allen from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana 1st and Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 7,500 bond to await trial.

On June 16th Deputy Davenport arrested Adam John Phillips from Clanton, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 16th Deputy Davenport arrested James David Demetriades from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Harassment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 500 bond to await trial.

On June 16th Deputy Davenport arrested James Edward Moore JR. from Equality, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Display Insurance and Driving While Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 16th Deputy Davenport arrested Zeferino NMN Solis from Alexander City, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On June 16th Deputy Davenport arrested Jordan Skylar Butler from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY

On June 15th Marble Valley Fire Department and a Deputy was dispatched to Laurie Ann Drive after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

STEWARTVILLE

On June 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 10th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Rustling Pines after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On June 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and they were arrested for Public Intoxication.

On June 12th Stewartville and Hanover Fire Departments, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a vehicle fire. The fire was extinguished and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On June 12th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 12th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On June 13th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On June 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On June 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and transported them to the County Line to help them on their way.

On June 14th Stewartville First Responders were dispatched to McKinney Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

On June 14th Stewartville Fire Department and a Deputy were dispatched to Turney Lane after receiving a report of a structure fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On June 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Harvest Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On June 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

 

 

WEOGUFKA

On June 15th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Quail Trail after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

HANOVER

On June 14th Stewartville and Hanover First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 302 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On June 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

KELLYTON

On June 10th Gabriel Todd Shannon a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 65 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On June 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 81 after receiving a report of a missing person. After a brief investigation the subject was located and was determined to be ok.

On June 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 28 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

RICHVILLE

On June 10th A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On June 14th Thomas Lawson Lamberth a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

ROCKFORD

On June 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On June 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Nixburg Street after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false. 

On June 13th Rockford First Responders and a deputy were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a medical alert pendant that had been activated. The resident was checked and the alarm was determined to be false.

On June 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

SPEED

On June 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 10 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

EQUALITY

On June 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 33 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

RAY

On June 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

On June 12th Investigators were dispatched to CR 26 after receiving a report of recovered stolen property. The property was recovered and the case is under investigation.

LAKE MARTIN

On June 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Oat Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
