JAIL POPULATION AS OF AUGUST 5 (23 MALES & 5 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 28 INMATES

ARRESTS

On July 30th Lt. Keel arrested Phillip Dwaine Ryals from Enterprise, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation/Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and released after serving a 48-Hour Sanction.

On July 30th Captain Hammond arrested Jonathan David Gurley from Anniston, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and booked into the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On July 31st Deputy Rudd arrested Wanda Faye Banks from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. She was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On July 31st Deputy Richardson arrested Evlys Lewis McKinney from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Fishing Without Permission. He was processed and released on a $ 300 bond to await trial.

On August 3rd Deputy Rudd arrested Alejandra Ojeda Hernandez from Alexander, City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Improper Equipment. She was processed and release on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

On August 5th Deputy Richardson arrested Matthew Cameron Jones from Stewartville, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Switched Tag and Driving While Revoked. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 3,000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On July 30 Marble Valley Fire Department and the Alabama Forestry Department was dispatched to Peoples Lane after receiving a report of a brush fire. The fire was contained without incident.

STEWARTVILLE

On July 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On August 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Mack Miller Drive after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On August 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On August 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.

WEOGUFKA

On July 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

On July 31st Weogufka First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On August 2nd a Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 112 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On August 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 181 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle

MOUNT OLIVE

On August 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Ce Ann Drive after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

On August 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 58 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the civil process.

KEYNO

On July 31st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

GOODWATER

On July 31st a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

KELLYTON

On July 31st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On august 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 97 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On August 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 46 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On August 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On August 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 81 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the civil process.

On August 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Russell Medical Center after receiving a report of a resident for an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On August 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process was explained.

On August 5th Goodwater Medics and a Deputy was dispatched to CR 81 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

ROCKFORD

On August 5th a Deputy was dispatched to Spring Street after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On August 5th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

EQUALITY

On July 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to the subject causing the problems and warned them not to come back on the property.

On August 1st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 98 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On August 2nd Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputies completed the escort as requested.

RAY

On August 2nd Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 155 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On August 3rd Ray, Kellyton, Equality and Goodwater Fire Departments were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a structure fire. The fire was extinguished without incident.

On August 4th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 63 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

LAKE MARTIN

On August 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Bywater Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On August 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 24 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy checked the area and did not locate anything suspicious.

LAKE MITCHELL

On August 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

SALEM

On July 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Browns Loop after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate anything suspicious.

On August 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
