JAIL POPULATION AS OF JULY 29 (25 MALES & 6 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 31 INMATES

ARRESTS

On July 24th Lt. Keel arrested Dallas Quinton Fuller from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On July 25th Lt. Keel arrested Eric Michael Hamilton from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On July 26th Deputy Richardson arrested Furniss Casey Muckenfuss from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for a Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a 7-Day Sanction.

On July 27th Deputy Jones arrested Omar Leonardo Ayala Barahona from Alexander City, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Failing to Display Drivers License and Obstructing Traffic. He was processed and released on a $200 bond to await trial.

On July 28th Deputy Davenport arrested Robert Charles Atchley from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $ 2,500 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of two missing persons. After a brief Investigation the subjects were located and were safe.

STEWARTVILLE

On July 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Lovette Lane after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the subjects and he determined that everything was ok.

On July 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On July 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Ferguson Road after receiving a report of a Domestic Dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

On July 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to the subject and warned them not to come back on the property.

On July 28th Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

WEOGUFKA

On July 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the subject.

HANOVER

On July 24th Hanover First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 157 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

MOUNT OLIVE

On July 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Ce Ann Drive after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the civil process.

KEYNO

On July 24th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 127 after receiving a report of a medical alert alarm. The medics spoke to the person and determined that the alarm was false.

On July 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy spoke to the subject causing the problems and warned them not to come back on the property.

GOODWATER

On July 24th Cedric Lamar Debardelabon a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 66 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On July 23rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to McClellan Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false.

RICHVILLE

On July 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious person in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the subject.

 

ROCKFORD

On July 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.

EQUALITY

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On July 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On July 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Tar Bucket Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On July 28th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 14 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RAY

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 322 after receiving a report of a suspicious person in the roadway. The Deputy located the subject and transported him to the County Line to help him out.

On July 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 91 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

On July 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of loud music. The Deputy located the source of the music and asked the residents to turn it down.

On July 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Small Loop Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On July 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 155 after receiving a report of a possible prowler. The Deputy checked the residence and patrolled the area and did not locate anything suspicious.

LAKE MARTIN

On July 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Needle Eye Road after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On July 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Driftwood Point after receiving a complaint of loud music. The Deputy patrolled the area and the music had been turned off.

On July 29th Equality First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Pouncy Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

SALEM

On July 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Browns Loop after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate anyone.
