JAIL POPULATION AS OF JULY 21 ( 25 MALES & 6 FEMALES ) TOTAL OF 31 INMATES

ARRESTS

On July 22nd Deputy Davenport arrested Jessica Benefield-Pardue from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and 4 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.

On July 25th Sgt. Jones arrested Brian Thomas Brooks from Goodwater, AL on the charges of Public Intoxication and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.  He was processed and released on a $3,500 bond to await trial.

On July 25th Sgt. Jones arrested Michael Eugene Hillburn from Goodwater, AL on the charges of Public Intoxication, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Resisting Arrest, and Destruction of Governmental Property.  He was processed and released on a $11,000 bond to await trial.

On July 26th Sgt. Jones arrested Allison Lori Dennis from Goodwater, AL. on a court ordered sanction. She was processed and placed in the county jail to serve her sanction.

On July 26th Sgt Jones arrested Theresa Ann Lashley from Alexander City, AL.  on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $10,000 to await trial.

On July 26th Sgt Jones arrested Tiffany Brooke Roberson from Ashland, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was processed and released on a $7,500 bond to await trial.

On July 26th Sgt. Jones arrested Hunter Lafayette Saffold from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was processed and released on a $7,500 bond to await trial.

On July 26th Sgt. Jones arrested Angela Dawn Woodruff from Sylacauga, Al. on the charges of Failure to Appear on Theft of Property. She was processed and released on a $2,000 bond to await trial.

On July 27th Sgt. Jones arrested Lorenzo Calvin Crawford from Kellyton, Al. on the charges of Failure to Pay court ordered fines. He was processed and released on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

On July 27th Sgt. Jones arrested Darrian Makkos Stovall from Prattville, Al. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

 

 

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On July 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Ed’s Lane after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 70 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.

On July 27th Sylacauga Ambulance, Stewartville First Responders, and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 39 after a resident requested medical assistance. Case was turned over to the County Coroner.

On July 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 78 after receiving a report of Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and case is under investigation.

On July 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

 

WEOGUFKA

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.

 

HANOVER

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to HWY 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the individual and conducted a field interview determining everything was ok.

On July 25th Sylacauga Ambulance, Lifeflight and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a motorcycle accident. Life flight transported to hospital.

 

MT OLIVE

On July 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Gamble Rd after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.

GOODWATER

On July 25th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 123 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

KELLYTON

On July 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Dr. after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.

On July 27th Kellyton Medics and Deputy were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. Kellyton transported to Russell Medical Center.

On July 26th Kellyton Fire was dispatched to Ireland Way after receiving a report of commercial fire alarm. Building was checked and determined to be false alarm.

RAY

On July 26th Kellyton Medics, Ray first Responders, Alabama State Troopers and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 333 after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident. Units were unable to locate wrecked vehicle.

ROCKFORD

On July 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of Harassment by Communications. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.

On July 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.

On July 25th Kellyton Medics, Hanover Fists Responders, Rockford First Responders, Ray First Responders, Alabama State Troopers, and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident. Scene was turned over to Alabama State Troopers.

COTTAGE GROVE

On July 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 133 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and explained the civil process.

EQUALITY

On July 25th Kellyton Medics and Equality First Responders were dispatched to CR33 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident refused transport.

On July 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 2 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and explained the civil process.

 

 

MARBLE VALLEY

On July 26th Sylacauga Ambulance and Marble Valley First Responders were dispatched to CR5 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident refused transport.

On July 27th Marble Valley Fire Dept and Alabama Forestry were dispatched to Kelley Lane after receiving a report of a brush fire. Scene was turned over to Forestry Commission.

LAKE MARTIN

On July 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Ivy Shores Ln after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputy checked residence and determined alarm to be false.

RICHVILLE

On July 27th Richville First Responders, Equality First Responders, Alabama State Troopers and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident. Scene was turned over to Alabama State Troopers.
