ARRESTS
On July 15th Corporal Moon arrested Danny Bean Clark from Equality, AL. on a warrant for Reckless Endangerment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2000 bond to await trial.
On July 15th Deputy Rudd arrested Reginald Bernard Russell from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay/Failure to Display Drivers License and Improper Lights. He was processed and released on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.
On July 15th Deputy Rudd arrested Lena Meshea Burdette from Equality, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Negotiating a Worthless Instrument .She was processed and released after fines were paid.
On July 16th Deputy Middlebrooks arrested Kendra Rene Swain from Childersburg, AL. on a warrant for Theft of Property 4th. She was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On July 16th Deputy Rudd arrested Tyran Lecrest Marbury from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On July 19th Deputy Middlebrooks arrested Quentero Janez Hollenquest from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd / Assault. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE
On July 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.
On July 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On July 18th Billy Louis Ford, SR a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 150 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 319 after receiving a report of suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

On July 18th Deputy Jones attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch meeting where he went over the recent crime report for the area.
HANOVER
On July 16th Sheriff Howell and Deputy Middlebrooks attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.
On July 16th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On July 16th Brandon Alan Krueger a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Payne Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On July 16th Jimmy Reed Nickolson III a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 28 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On July 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On July 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Johnson Road after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy completed a report and one was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/ Assault.
On July 16th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On July 16th Thomas Louis Kelly a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 85 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 16th Kenneth Roger Peppers a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Firehouse Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 17th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On July 17th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was air lifted to Baptist South in Montgomery and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On July 19th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 near CR 62 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.
On July 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.
ROCKFORD
On July 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 129 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On July 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On July 20th the Sheriff was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. Sheriff Howell completed the escort as requested.
COTTAGE GROVE
On July 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under further investigation.
On July 18th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 40 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On July 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 30 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy completed a report and one was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/ Assault and transported to the County Jail.
EQUALITY
On July 16th Dwain Anthony Lewis a convicted Sex Offender who resides on CR 98 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 2oth a Deputy was dispatched to CR 18 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle.
RAY
On July 16th William Rex Layfield a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Hwy 22 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On July 18th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On July 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Spooky Hollow Lane after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.
On July 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Ivy Shores Lane after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke with the complainant and explained the civil process.
