ARRESTS
On January 30th Corporal Moon arrested Daniel Paul Johnson from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Burglary 3rd and Criminal Mischief 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 30,000 bond to await trial.
On January 31st Deputy Rudd arrested Korvorkius Derell Stockdale from Talladega, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 31st Deputy House arrested William Miles Moon from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Speeding and Attempting to Elude. He was processed and released on a $6500 bond to await trial.
On February 1st Deputy Jones arrested Jalen Jacinto Whetstone from Talladega, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.
On February 2nd Deputy House arrested William Roy Purvis from Jacksons Gap, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Speeding and Open Container Violation. He was processed and released on a $ 3500 bond to await trial.
On February 3rd Deputy Jones arrested James Walter Linch from Prattville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On February 3rd Deputy Lipscomb arrested Sophia Lorina McKinney from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Expired Tag. She was processed and released after fines were paid.
On February 3rd Deputy Lipscomb arrested Michael Deshawn Brisker from Childersburg, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Speeding and Driver’s License Mutilation. He was processed and released after fines were paid.
On February 3rd Deputy House arrested Wesley Jackson Ellis from Huntsville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation/Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 5 day sanction.

On January 31st Brandon Alan Davis a convicted Sex Offender that resides on White Rock Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On February 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Circle M Ranch Drive after receiving a report of Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On February 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
WEOGUFKA
On February 1st a Deputy was dispatched to the 2000 block of CR 55 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On January 30th Hanover First Responders and Goodwater Ambulance were dispatched to Ben Pruitt Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On January 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd / Harassment was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On February 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
GOODWATER
On January 30th Kenneth Ray Swindell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On February 1st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On February 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Pine Tree Road after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

ROCKFORD
On February 3rd Rockford First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On February 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. After a report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment, two subjects were arrested for the charge.

A Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Harassment. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment was completed and the warrant process was explained.
