ARRESTS
On January 23rd Deputy Lipscomb arrested Randy Lee Jones Jr. from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 25th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Nataya Lanetria Thomas from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation/Drug Court Sanction. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 48 Hour Drug Court Sanction.
On January 25th Deputy Rudd arrested Joseph Earl Whitman from Clanton, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 26th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Brian Wayne Hart from Leeds , AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st , Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $40,000 bond to await trial.
On January 26th Deputy Rudd arrested Amethyst Dawn Simpson from Dadeville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On January 27th Deputy House arrested Thomas Charles Thompson from Alexander City, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Speeding. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4300 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY
On January 25th Marble Valley First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and Deputies were dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of a gunshot victim. One person was airlifted by LifeSaver to UAB Hospital in Birmingham and the scene was turned over to the Deputies.
STEWARTVILLE
On January 26th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 150 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On January 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
GOODWATER
On January 26th Stacy Bernard McKinney a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 52 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
KELLYTON
On January 27th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to McClellan Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On January 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 152 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On January 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
On January 28th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
EQUALITY
On January 26th Deputy Rudd attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
RAY
On January 26th J.C. Winslett Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 22 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
