ARRESTS
On February 21st Deputy Jones arrested Jim H. Girdner from Equality, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay/Menacing, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was processed and released after fines were paid.
On February 23rd Deputy Jones arrested Jack Curtis Harrell from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Domestic Violence 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.
On February 24th Lt. Burke arrested Gregory Chase Owens from Childersburg, AL. on the charge of Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.
On February 24th Corporal Moon arrested Timthie Roland Wall from Goodwater, AL. on a Probation Violation (Drug Court Sanction). He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 5-Day Sanction.
On February 25th Deputy Jones arrested Kentavius Bernard Ford from Alexander City, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Concealed Weapon Without a Permit and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5000 bond to await trial.
On February 25th Deputy Jones arrested Kenneth Alfonza Moon Jr. from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Concealed Weapon without a Permit and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5000 bond to await trial.
On February 26th Deputy Jones arrested Devunte Leshun Moon from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Attempting to Elude, Possession of a Concealed Weapon Without a Permit and Possession of Stolen Property. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $7500 bond to await trial.
On February 26th Lt. Keel arrested Gregory Lynn Jones from Alpine, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 1st, Theft of Property 3rdand Burglary 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $20,000 bond to await trial.
On February 26th Deputy Jones arrested Kenneth Thomas Wall from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $2500 bond to await trial.
On February 26th Deputy Jones arrested Harry Patton Walls from Carrolton, GA. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Shoplifting from Carrolton, Ga. He was processed and awaiting extradition back to Georgia.

STEWARTVILLE
On February 20th Stewartville and Weogufka First Responders along with a Deputy were dispatched to Burford Lane after receiving a report of a missing person. After a brief search the person was located and Sylacauga Ambulance transported them to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On February 21st Randy Wayne Adair a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 70 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On February 21st Freddie Richard Johns Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 41 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On February 21st Bobby Aaron Saffold a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 70 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
WEOGUFKA
On February 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On February 21st Angela Sue Sexton a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update her quarterly Sex Offender information.
On February 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort to CR 56. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On February 23rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On February 21st Henry Lee Kelly a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Holmes Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On February 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault was completed and the warrant process was explained.
KELLYTON
On February 21st Raymond Adam Chillura a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Long Tree Dr reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On February 21st Johnathan Wayne Vines a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 280 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On February 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On February 26th Rockford First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 40 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On February 21st E.G. Isbell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 8 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On February 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of an Identity Theft. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On February 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On February 22nd Equality First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 259 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On February 21st Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 2 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On February 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On February 23rd Weogufka First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Cedar Circle after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a local hospital.
SMYRNA
On February 24th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper was dispatched to Raccoon Trail after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
