ARRESTS

On February 15th Deputy House arrested Randy William Byczek from Eclectic, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Speeding and Failure to Display Insurance and also the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2,000 bond and no bond on the Failure to Appear warrants to await trial.

On February 15th Corporal Moon arrested Joshua Andrew Bouwens from Warrior, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / Open Container, Failure to Display Insurance, Driving While Revoked and Speeding. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On February 16th Corporal Moon arrested Nosqualilas Jujuan Blake from Wetumpka, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear / Driving While Revoked. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On February 16th Lt. Burke arrested Terry Wayne Ray from Weogufka, AL. on the charges of Rape and Sexual Abuse 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $45,000 bond to await trial.

On February 17th Deputy Rudd arrested Margaret Lee Liles from Montgomery, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. She was processed and released on a $ 2500 bond to await trial.

On February 18th Deputy Rudd arrested Gary Dane Osbourn from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Promoting Prison Contraband 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On February 19th Deputy House arrested Reginald Sebastian Norris Jr. from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear / Driving While Suspended. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

On February 19th Lt. Burke arrested Sherrill N. Jones from Verbena, AL. on the charge of Promoting Prison Contraband 3rd. She was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On February 17th a Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

WEOGUFKA

On February 16th Lt. Burke attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On February 18th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Oak Shadows Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

HANOVER

On February 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

GOODWATER

On February 15th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

KELLYTON

On February 13th Kellyton Fire Department and a Deputy were dispatched to Raccoon Trail after receiving a report of a structure fire. The fire was extinguished and a report for a possible Arson was completed.

On February 18th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On February 18th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Morning Star Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On February 19th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 81 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RICHVILLE

On February 18th Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Center.

On February 19th a Deputy was dispatched to River Run Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

ROCKFORD

On February 19th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On February 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

EQUALITY

On February 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On February 19th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 at Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RAY

On February 14th Ray First Responders and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 32 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On February 19th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 132 after a resident requested medical assistance. One person was air lifted by Life Saver to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham.
