JAIL POPULATION AS OF FEB. 16 (22 MALES & 3 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 25 INMATES

 ARRESTS

On February 11th Chief Long arrested Jack Curtis Harrell from Rockford, Al. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On February 11th Deputy Ward arrested Donald Mark George from Tallassee, Al. for Failure to Appear/Non Support of a child. He was processed and released after payment was made to DHR.

On February 13th Deputy Dawson arrested Dentarious Lamar Jackson from Sylacauga, Al. on warrants for Failure to Pay/Failure to Display Insurance, Speeding, and Driving While Revoked X 2. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.

On February 13th Deputy Fenn arrested Chance Stephens Williams from Wetumpka, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Resisting Arrest. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $3,000 bond to await trial.

On February 14th Deputy Lucas arrested Melvin Richard Hutchinson from Jacksonville, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended, Driving While Revoked and Speeding. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 3,000 bond to await trial.

On February 15th Deputy Ward arrested Ethan Taylor Martin from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Driving under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On February 15th Deputy Ward arrested Khamren Matthew Williams from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 6,000 bond to await trial.

On February 15th Deputy Lucas arrested Toi Shaquille Stone from Wetumpka, AL. on the Charges of Carrying a Pistol without a Permit, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st.He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 6,000 bond to await trial.

On February 16th Deputy Ward arrested David Reuben Smith from Stewartville, Al. on the Charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2,000 bond to await trial.

 

 

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On February 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On February 14th Stewartville and Weogufka First Responders and a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 near 70 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On February 14th a Deputy was dispatched to Ham Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

On February 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

On February 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Shiloh Drive after receiving a report of Domestic Violence. A report was completed and one arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

MOUNT OLIVE

On February 10th Scott Alexander Nicholas a convicted Sex Offender who resides on Gamble Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On February 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Cripple Creek Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. Person had left prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

KEYNO

On February 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Gates Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On February 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On February 12th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 65 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On February 13th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On February 14th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near Washington Street after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On February 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

RICHVILLE

On February 13th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of one vehicle accident. One was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On February 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On February 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

ROCKFORD

On February 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/ Assault.

COTTAGE GROVE

On February 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 133 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.

On February 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 133 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

EQUALITY

On February 11th Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy, and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 near CR 20 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On February 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the person and determined everything to be ok.

On February 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.

RAY

On February 11th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper along with Alexander City Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On February 14th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On February 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 73 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed and the civil process explained.

On February 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

On February 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Thomas Maxwell Road after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On February 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On February 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. Spoke with the complainant and the issue was resolved without incident.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

On February 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Harmony Road after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the person and determined everything to be ok.

SMYRNA

On February 10th Deputy Ward and Deputy Lucas attended the monthly Neighborhood Watch meeting were they presented the monthly crime report for the area.

On February 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 48 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
