JAIL POPULATION AS OF DECEMBER 17 (22 MALES & 10 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 32 INMATES
ARRESTS
On December 11th Corporal Moon arrested Tonika Alexandria Allen from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and released on Court Order.
On December 11th Lt. Hammond arrested Shane Eugen Carden from Stewartville, AL. on the charges of Destruction of State Property by a Prisoner x 2. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.
On December 11th Lt. Hammond arrested Amanda Christina Beckham from Clanton, AL. on a warrant for Buying / Receiving Stolen Property. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 5,000 bond to await trial.
On December 12th Lt. Hammond arrested Jonathan Taylor Crowe from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st x 2, Theft of Property 2nd x 2, Criminal Mischief 1st, Buying/Receiving Stolen Property , and Burglary 3rd x 4. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 125,000 bond to await trial.
On December 12th Deputy Davenport arrested Doretha Shani Whitaker from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On December 13th Deputy Rudd arrested Brian Keith Smith from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.
On December 14th Deputy House arrested Dustin Leon Carr from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.
On December 15th Lt. Keel arrested Ryan Blake Taylor from Sylacauga, AL. on a Drug Court Sanction. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to serve a 10-Day Sanction.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
MARBLE VALLEY
On December 13th Marble Valley First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 5 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
WEOGUFKA
On December 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Quail Trail after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
KEYNO
On December 12th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
KELLYTON
On December 14th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On December 14th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 126 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On December 15th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 50 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On December 17th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to CR 77 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On December 11th Richville First Responders, Care Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
ROCKFORD
On December 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Main Street after receiving a report of a private property accident. There were no reported injuries and a report was completed without incident.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On December 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On December 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 101 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
RAY
On December 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Martin Lane after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On December 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On December 16th Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 63 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.
WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
On December 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 16 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
