JAIL POPULATION AS OF DEC.16 (22 MALES & 10 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 32 INMATES

ARRESTS

On December 11th Chief Davidson arrested Jeffrey Wayne Johnson from Deatsville, Al. on warrant for Failure to Pay and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail with a $500 bond to await trial.

On December 11th Deputy Richardson arrested Dakota Layne Gaither from Sylacauga, Al on a warrant for Drug Court Sanction. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On December 12th Deputy Richardson arrested Latonya Monique Hill from Alexander City, Al. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. She was processed and released on a $1,000 bond to await trial.

On December 14th Deputy Richardson arrested Mac Alan Catrett from Equality, Al. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Child Support. He was processed and placed in the County Jail with a $1,500 bond to await trial.

On December 15th Deputy Richardson arrested Rickey NMN Powell from Rockford, Al. for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and Resisting Arrest. He was processed and released on a $3,500 bond to await trial.

 

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On December 14th Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to Red Robin Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On December 15th Marble Valley First Responders, Sylacauga and Childersburg Ambulance, a Deputy and Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to UAB and three were transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center, and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

STEWARTVILLE

On December 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Live Oak Lane after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and explained the civil process and completed an information report.

On December 12th a Deputy was dispatched to Gooden Lane after receiving a report of a Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. The Deputy completed a report and the case is under investigation.

On December 12th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

WEOGUFKA

On December 12th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 183 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined everything to be ok.

On December 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

On December 14th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke with the person and determined that they were ok.

HANOVER

On December 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

On December 16th Hanover First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to a local hospital.

KEYNO

On December 13th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance.  The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

KELLYTON

On December 10th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy completed a report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment.

On December 11th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an Assault. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On December 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On December 11th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 50 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On December 14th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On December 16th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 328 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm was false.

RICHVILLE

On December 13th Equality First Responders were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was assisted without incident.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On December 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and it appeared to be disabled.

EQUALITY

On December 10th Kellyton Medics, Equality First Responders, a Deputy and Alabama State Troopers were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On December 13th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 20 after receiving a report of a Civil Dispute. The Deputy spoke with both parties and the issue was resolved without incidence.

RAY

On December 11th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft by Deception. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On December 12th Kellyton Medics and Ray First Responders were dispatched to CR 32 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On December 13th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. Resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On December 14th Robert Wayne Narr a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 63 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On December 15th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 71 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

On December 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one arrest was made for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

On December 15th Kellyton Medics, Ray First Responders, Deputy and Alabama State Trooper s were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

LAKE MARTIN

On December 10th Equality Fire was dispatched to Wild Duck Point after receiving a report of a residential fire alarm. They checked the residence and determined the alarm was false.

SMYRNA

On December 10th Sheriff Wilson and Deputy Jones attended the Smyrna Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where they presented the monthly crime report for the area.
