ARRESTS
On August 20th Deputy Rudd arrested Michael Terrell Lasley from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On August 20th Deputy Rudd arrested Ebony Morton Holmes from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. She was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On August 21st Deputy Rudd arrested Stewart Wyatt Ross from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 15,000 bond to await trial.
On August 21st Deputy Lipscomb arrested Michael Chadwick Grubb from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Comply X 2. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.
On August 21st Deputy Rudd arrested April Tasha-Butler Smith from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Criminal Mischief 3rd. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $500 bond to await trial.
On August 22nd Captain Hammond arrested Emerson Lamar Hamilton from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked. He was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.
On August 22nd Deputy Davenport arrested William Morris Whatley II from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Violation of a Release Order. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On August 24th Deputy Rudd arrested Jessica Joan Dison from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On August 24th Deputy Rudd arrested Jeremy Patrick Rhodes from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 2, 000 bond to await trial.
On August 26th Deputy Rudd arrested Terri Terese Webb from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. She was processed and released on a $ 1,000 bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE
On August 20th a Deputy was dispatched to Rustling Pines Lane after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On August 21st Bobby Aaron Saffold a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 70 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On August 21st Freddie Richard Johns Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 41 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On August 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a prowler. The Deputy checked the residence and patrolled the area and did not locate anyone in the area.
On August 26th a Deputy was dispatched to McKinney Drive after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the civil process.
On August 26th Stewartville and Hanover First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 150 after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
WEOGUFKA
On August 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On August 21st Weogufka and Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On August 21st Angela Sue Sexton a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 29 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update her quarterly Sex Offender information.
On August 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On August 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and transported him to another location to help him out.
HANOVER
On August 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the person and determined that everything was ok.

On August 24th Stewartville and Hanover First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 154 after receiving a report of one vehicle accident involving livestock. Two people were transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
MOUNT OLIVE
On August 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 116 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the subject that was causing the problems and he was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the County Jail.
GOODWATER
On August 24th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
KELLYTON
On August 21st a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On August 21st Raymond Adam Chillura a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Long Tree Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On August 21st Jonathan Wayne Vines a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 280 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On August 21st Charles Norman Ringo a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 97 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On August 22nd Ray First Responders, Kellyton Medics a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center by private vehicle and the scene was turned over to the Trooper
. On August 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 126 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On August 24th a Deputy was dispatched to Firehouse Road after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the person and determined that everything was ok.
On August 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
RICHVILLE
On August 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 110 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On August 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was set off by accident.
On August 26th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On August 21st a Deputy was dispatched to CR 311 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. One person was arrested and a report for criminal mischief 3rd was completed.
On August 21st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 101 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On August 21st Carey Tumane Leonard a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 101 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On August 23rd Richville First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State trooper were dispatched to CR 40 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
On August 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 30 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
RAY
On August 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 91 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
On August 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for domestic violence 3rd/harassment was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On August 25th Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 73 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
LAKE MARTIN
On August 23rd a Deputy was dispatched to Parker Creek Marina after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the area prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On August 23rd Equality Fire Department was dispatched to Needle Eye Road after receiving a residential fire alarm. The fire department checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.
LAKE MITCHELL
On August 21st Nathaniel NMN Matthews a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 22 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
SALEM
On August 22nd a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
