ARRESTS

On April 7th Deputy Dawson arrested Jonathan Kyle Rowe from Alexander City, Al., on the charge of Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and booked into the County Jail on a $10,000 bond to await trial.

On April 11th Deputy Dawson arrested Camillius Shantez Pearson from Goodwater , AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $6,000 bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

On April 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Deer Path Road after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

STEWARTVILLE

On April 7th Stewartville First Responders a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of a one-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

On April 7th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hallman Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 9th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 78 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of Reckless Endangerment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

On April 11th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 12th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a one-vehicle accident. One was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

HANOVER

On April 7th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

GOODWATER

On April 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 511 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. One subject had left prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Scales Street after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia. The subject was transported to the County Jail without incident.

KELLYTON

On April 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report for a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area but did not locate the person.

On April 9th Deputies were dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.

On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 328 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

RICHVILLE

On April 9th Deputies were dispatched to CR 137 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.

ROCKFORD

On April 6th a Deputy received a report of Criminal Mischief that occurred on CR 18. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

On April 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.

On April 11th Rockford First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and the scene was turned over to the State Trooper.

COTTAGE  GROVE

On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

EQUALITY

On April 8th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report for a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
