On April 25th Lt. Hammond arrested Ryan Blake Taylor from Sylacauga, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 1st and Criminal Trespass 2nd. He was processed and released on a $15,000 bond to await trial.
On April 26th Corporal Moon arrested Eric Michael Hamilton from Stewartville, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd / Assault. He was processed and released on a $2500 bond to await trial.
On April 26th Deputy Jones arrested Rachel Nicole Osbourn from Stewartville, AL. on the charge of Obstructing Governmental Operations. She was processed and released on a $1500 bond to await trial.
On April 26th Deputy Jones arrested Brian Wayne Hart from Leeds, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 1st, Theft of Property 4th and Burglary 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $30,000 bond to await trial.
On April 26th Lt. Hammond arrested Christy Nicole Bailey from Leeds , AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 1st , Theft of Property 4thand Burglary 3rd. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 25,000 bond to await trial.
On April 26th Lt. Hammond arrested Chase Malik Foster from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st and Burglary 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.
On April 27th Lt. Hammond arrested James Earl Fleming from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Burglary 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $15,000 bond to await trial.
On April 27th Lt. Hammond arrested Sharon Marie Allen from Wetumpka, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Manslaughter. She was processed and released on a $ 50,000 bond to await trial.
On April 27th Lt. Hammond arrested Devon H. Trong from Goodwater, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Medicaid Fraud. She was processed and released on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.
On April 27th Lt. Burke arrested Thomas Earl Hatchett Jr. from Sylacauga, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Manslaughter. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 50,000 bond to await trial.
On April 28th Lt. Hammond arrested Bobbie Danette Few from Goodwater, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Manslaughter. She was processed and released on a $ 50,000 bond to await trial.
On April 29th Deputy House arrested Zachary Ryan Cheek from Tallassee, AL. on the charges of Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Firearm and Possession of Alcohol on a Wildlife Management Area. He was processed and released on a $ 4,000 bond to await trial.
On April 29th Deputy House arrested Anthony Michael McGill from Tallassee, AL. on the charges of Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Firearm, Possession of Alcohol on a Wildlife Management Area and Menacing. He was processed and released on a $ 6,500 bond to await trial.
On April 29th Deputy House arrested Krystopher Patrick Mills from Tallassee, AL. on the charges of Obstructing Governmental Operations, Attempting to Elude, Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Firearm and Possession of Alcohol on a Wildlife Management Area. He was processed and released on an $8,000 bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY
On April 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 5 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
STEWARTVILLE
On April 26th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 150 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On April 26th Deputies were dispatched to Roselyns Way after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Reports were completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd and another subject was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Operations.
On April 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a missing person. After a brief investigation the subject was located and it was determined that they were ok.
WEOGUFKA
On April 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of an attempted Burglary. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. After speaking to the complainant the issue was resolved without incident.
On April 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a dog that had been shot. A report was completed for Cruelty to Animals and the case is under investigation.
On April 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 16 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
MOUNT OLIVE
On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
KEYNO
On April 24th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On April 29th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 111 after receiving a report of an ATV accident. One subject was transported to Russell Medical Center by personal vehicle and one was airlifted by Life-Saver to UAB Hospital in Birmingham where he passed away shortly thereafter.
GOODWATER
On April 25th Cedric Lamar Debardelabon a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 66 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
On April 28th Kenneth Ray Swindell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.
KELLYTON
On April 24th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
On April 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.
RICHVILLE
On April 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. After speaking with the complainant, a report was completed and three subjects were arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Firearm, Possession of Alcohol on a Wildlife Management Area and Possession of a Firearm on a Wildlife Management Area.
ROCKFORD
On April 25th Stewartville First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
On April 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the vehicle was located and returned to the owner.
COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP
On April 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 79 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
EQUALITY
On April 27th Lt. Burke attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.
RAY
On April 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Drake Road after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. After speaking to both parties a report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process was explained.
On April 30th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 73 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
